Enjoy coastal living at this family-friendly condo. Just one block from the beach, this two-bedroom home also boasts accommodations for up to seven guests and features easy access to world-class golf, attractions, and entertainment. The bright, contemporary interior features a spacious, open living area and dining area with a full-size kitchen and washer/dryer. A breakfast bar offers barstool seating for four and a dinette can accommodate another four. Greet the day with a cup of coffee on the covered deck and, later, enjoy a happy hour beverage with friends and family. After a day at the beach, come home to the cooling comfort of central AC and unwind with your favorite movies and shows on the living room flatscreen TV. Both bedrooms are also equipped with TV, for household convenience. The primary bedroom features deck access and an en suite bathroom. A shared bathroom and vanity are available in the hall.

CCU Orientation

We were there for our child’s CCU orientation. The rental was wonderful and roomy. It was clean and fresh. The only thing I would recommend would be to fix the sliding door to the porch, the door to the front stairs and the curtain on the sliding door could use a good clean or be replaced. Enjoyed our stay and would be happy to rent again. Location was perfect!! Surfside Beach is family friendly.

Does not meet the standard

Could not reach anyone upon arrival to address the number of issues. Outside: FILTHY carpeting on balcony. Torn screens. Broken and weathered Adirondack chairs. Siding and Door to exterior stairs disgustingly dirty. Open electrical box (bare wire exposed). Sliding door took too much effort to open and close. Inside: Missing smoke detector. Missing bulb and globe from bedroom ceiling fan. Hardwood flooring stored under the bed. Cracked bathroom sink / basin. Really dirty and rusted HVAC vents. (I took pictures of everything. I am happy to send to ensure the appropriate corrective actions occur.) Lacks care. A poor (and realistically rated) 2 star stay.
