Can’t you just see the excitement on your children’s faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.


This condo is located on the first floor with a courtyard view, offering all the comforts of home! With plenty of seating in the living room for the whole family, you can enjoy your favorite shows on the large flatscreen cable TV or watch DVDs with ease. Step outside, have a seat on the balcony, and unwind in the fresh ocean air. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary major and small appliances (including a stacked washer/dryer in the closet), a dining table for four, and additional seating at the counter.

This is our 5th stay at APATB.

5th year bringing our grandchildren to APATB. So many activities that they enjoy. Most people flee the beach during a tropical storm but it didn’t stop us! Used the indoor pool this year a lot! Perfect resort for families with children!

My family had a wonderful time on our vacation at A Place at The Beach. The place was clean and well stocked and is in a really great spot in the condo complex on the first door right by a main area.

Nice Place

The amenities were fantastic and the complex was well kept. The condo was updated and decorated nicely but the cleaning crew is not very good. Floors were very dirty. And found blood stain on the sheets and pillow cases. We rent 2 other condos and those were only spot cleaned. We had to go through and clean all 3. Other than that we loved it.
