Regarding beach towels, those are not typically provided unless shown in the listing, and we provide starter supplies to help guests get settled. We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed the house and its amenities! Although, we are very sorry about the inconvenience you faced with the bike rentals. This was a brand new offer through our concierge partners at the time of your stay. There have since been several updates, including more visible instructions and program specifics in our guest materials, and the ordering process has been made easier.
