This 5 bedroom 3 full bath home has a resort-style backyard surrounded by privacy trees that will truly make you feel like you are at your own private resort. The crystal clear pool has plenty of lounge chairs around it, a stunning fire pit, waterfalls, pool lighting + string lights to enjoy the area any time of the day. Located minutes away from many Spring Training events, 15 minutes away from the Cardinals Stadium, close to several golf courses and hiking destinations, and many other attractions. This spacious home has a master bedroom with a king bed, a master bath with a stunning glass surrounded shower, a door to access the backyard from the bathroom, a sliding glass door in the bedroom that looks out into the private yard, and a large walk-in closet. Two bedrooms are located down the hall from the master, 1 with a full-size bed, the other with 2 twin beds. A full bathroom is located conveniently next to the rooms.

The living room features a fireplace, a 75 inch TV, plenty of sitting area, stocked with board games, and is located next to our fully equipped kitchen with a coffee/wine bar and bar stools. The front room features a dining table that seats 6 and is a perfect space for entertaining. There is also a couch that has a full pull-out bed and a 45 inch TV. Located next to the kitchen is also a mudroom that has a full-size washer and dryer.

On the other side of the house, there are two bedrooms with a door leading to the hallway that can be shut to create complete privacy to those two rooms and bathroom. Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed and they are located next to the third full bathroom with a door that also leads out into the backyard.

Enjoy your private, resort-style stay by relaxing with a glass of wine by the pool in a quiet neighborhood, making smores around the firepit, and soaking up the Arizona sunshine and dreamy sunsets. While also spending your day at a nearby spring training event, football game, or many other nearby attractions.

All rooms have a TV and firestick to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Home is a fully equipped smart home with smart switches, lights, motion sensors, and Alexa throughout the home.
