Everything regarding this property was represented well in the VRBO description. Worked well for our grown-up party of 5. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner easy to communicate with. Street parking was okay. Only complaints from our group was the sofa's in the living room have seen better days and I struggled with the electronic lock on the front door, glad my kids knew more about these.

Decent place to stay with lots of room. This would be great for a large family or a bunch of guys going on a snowmobile trip or fishing trip. The place could use some maintenance work as the deck had some rotting boards, the bathroom sink was cracked, and some walls needed paint. Nothing that impacted functionality, but it wasn't fancy. Be aware there is no off-street parking, and the street was pretty full of cars the whole time we were there, so we had to park a few houses down.

Steve was a wonderful host! He was very friendly and accommodating. He responded back in a quick manner whenever I reached out with a question. The house was clean and had all the amenities any traveler could need. The house was perfect for our girls trip to Duluth as it’s just right across the bridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

This was a wonderful place to stay in the Duluth area. Closed enough to everything and far enough for the peace and quiet. My family and I was able to get the rest we needed after along day of exploring

This was the perfect house for what we needed. We had two families traveling from opposite sides of the country to come in for a funeral and this house made it so that we could be together. It's easy to get around everywhere in Superior but this house was definitely conveniently located and made our stay smooth. The host was super responsive and the check-in and check out process was seamless.If we travel back to Superior and need a place to stay we will definitely be checking this house's availability.

Family Get-away

Our family really loved staying here! The house was exceptionally clean and had plenty of space for our 4 adults and two kids with lots of toys. It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable.The location was perfect for us to get to our favorite places such as OMC, Ursa Minor, Lake Superior Zoo, Love Creamery and shopping.It will be our first choice of booking when we come back to visit.

It was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving. The kitchen was roomy enough for people to cook and visit with those supervising at the table. Once extended, the dining room table had space for all 12 of us! The three bedrooms allowed people plenty of space. The weather was nice enough to use the fire-pit for roasting marshmallows and making Thanksgiving S'Mores!

Fabulous getaway

We very happy with everything at the house . The kids enjoys running around outside with the little yard. I strongly encourage families to go and relax in this home away from home. The bunk beds were awesome for the kids. Thanks for a great weekend.

The location was conveniently located. The house was within about 10 min drive to grocery stores, restaurants, Canal Park and other playgrounds/parks which was nice. The beds were too soft for our liking but that is just not our preference. Otherwise we had plenty of space for our group of 8 and the rooms were overall clean.
