All appliances are included in the rental along with washer and dryer, WIFI, and cable. Control the air conditioning from each bedroom to your individual liking. Kitchen and Livingroom have central air conditioning. Designated parking for 3 vehicles. Quiet and relaxing

Everything was great! Our only complaints were losing water a few times and electric on our last night but thats not owners fault. Also, hot tub did not work properly.

Great quiet space!

The condo/apartment is really lovely. Plenty of space, easy to open windows and enjoy the Caribbean breezes. If you’re a birdwatcher you will love sitting on the balcony or rooftop and watching martins, kestrels, doves, and thrashers everywhere. The development is mostly abandoned which is odd, but it makes for a very quiet place to stay if you like avoiding crowds. Gorgeous views and only 30 min from the airport and 30 min from Fajardo, so much to do in this area. Would definitely stay here again!!
