Beautiful house with breathtaking view near beach

Large furnished house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which has a large hot tub, tall ceilings, full kitchen with oven, fridge and kitchen utensils, bedding and towels and amazing view of the ocean and mountains of Puerto Rico. The property is 25 miles from San Juan (30 minutes from the San Juan International Airport); minutes away from the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort and Casino, a couple of miles from the east coast's best surf spot La Pared, and Luquillo's public beach.

Master bedroom with king size bed, a crib, and walk-in closet and separate bathroom with large shower and hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a large closet and separate bathroom with shower. The third Bedroom has a queen bed and large closet and a third bathroom next door. The fourth bedroom has two full beds.

The property has air conditioners in three of the four bedrooms (room with two full size bed has a ceiling fan), cable TV and wi-fi throughout.

The house is located on the second floor of a two-story property, therefore, guests need to be able to climb stairs (no elevator) to access the house. Full sized washer and dryer and open three car garage located on the ground level.

We have a herbs/fruits garden on the ground level (back side) of the house where guests can take their fresh herbs for cooking.

The house is fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towel, linens, bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs.

The kitchen has all full size appliances – refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but you may do so in the covered balcony around the property.

Renting a car is recommended, as Uber coverage is limited in the area.

The property is 25 miles from San Juan (30 minutes from the San Juan International Airport); minutes away from the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort and Casino, a couple of miles from the east coast's best surf spot La Pared, and Luquillo's public beach with over 60 food kiosks to savor you can't miss. You may want to go hiking and enjoy a day finding majestic waterfalls at one of our natural wonders, El Yunque Rainforest, which is 4 miles away. And there's nothing more magical than spending a night kayaking through glowing water at Fajardo's bio-luminescent bay, only 10 miles away or while in Fajardo you can take ferry to Culebra and Vieques.

• Kioskos – The Luquillo kiosks are about 60 different places, each of them are numbered and many of them are named. A few sell souvenirs (like Monkey Threads #30, and Studio Coco #13), some are specialty bars (like Tattoo Tavern #17 and Mojito Lab (in lot before #42) and some are vacant. But most of these kiosks sell food and drinks. Some of these places have been run by the same family for over 20 years, while others are brand new and recently opened. It is hard to say which ones are the best — it all depends on what you feel like eating! But most people will eventually have a favorite — just ask a local and you’ll find out for yourself!
You can stop by for a simple snack or just an ice-cold beer, or take some time and enjoy a "real" nice, sit-down meal. Or just bar hop and skip the food, if you can resist! A number of places will have live music in the evenings (especially on weekend nights). There are even a few with pool tables. Stop in and enjoy, but don’t bother to get dressed up — come as you are and relax.
