It’s a very spacious home. 3 stories, one room with a theatre and Xbox game system.
Another room with ping pong, foos ball table, shuffle board, card/poker table, karaoke machine and popcorn machine.
Back deck with grill (propane is always filled for you to use)
Beautiful view of the big Boulder ski resort and lake which is minutes away from the house.
Bring your slippers during the cold days! Most areas (besides bedrooms) are tiled floors... meaning very cold feet

perfect family gateaway

what a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The gateway was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily. We went as a family and kids, They had a crib and play room with a pool table. My wife, and my parents loved the place, had a great sleep during the quiet peaceful night at Poconos. I am going to reserve my next getaway in advance with them to make sure I get to this place again. Thanks a Million.

Amazing place to stay!

Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay with a great layout for a big group. Maria was a great host and highly recommend booking this place. Super close to big Boulder mountain and short drive to everything else. We loved our stay and had a great time.

When we first stumbled upon this flat on VRBO, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The host is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. House has a nice jacuzzi hot spa, community pool that has lake view and beach on the lake. will book 6 months in advance for the upcoming summer

My family and I just returned from your lovely Pocono home on Laurel Wood Drive. We were all so delighted when we arrived and saw that all the photos on vrbo were EXACTLY what we saw in person! Your home was immaculately clean and we were all very comfortable in your beautifully decorated rooms. The pool table, foosball , relax and have a great time! Thank you very much for your gracious hospitality. Having a complimentary Keurig coffee started each morning off just like we were in our own home. We all had a fabulous weekend and look forward to being back on Laurel Wood Drive during ski season or sooner……. Gratefully,

If I can give 10 stars to this AMAZING PLACE I WOULD. It was far better than what you see in pictures. Everything was immaculate. My family had a great time. The host was extremely fast to respond to all your needs. The house was extremely clean and everything was perfect. The scenery was beautiful. I would definitely come again. I spent hours on end searching for the perfect place to stay in but when I tell you to look no further but this one BELIEVE me!! I couldn’t be happier. EVERYTHING WAS BEYOND PERFECT. Thank you so much for allowing my family to stay in your beautiful home!!

what a wonderful memories have been built at the cozy place

We had a great stay at the lodge. We had 3 families with 6 kids/babies and a golden retriever and were all very comfortable the whole week. Check in was easy- a code pad on the front door so no need to mess with key exchanges. The house is just as it appears online. The rooms spacious with plenty of seating. Host provided everything we needed for our stay (dishes, cookware, coffee, linens, towels, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper). She was responsive to my questions and immediately addressed my only concern (missing washcloths- she directed me to them!). Everything was clean and orderly. The fire place was electric and glassed in, so beautiful and warm while still safe for the kids and dog. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. The upstairs shower was a bit weak, but the others worked great. 3 full baths (including huge tub in the master) plus a half bath right by the main entrance. Our 3 families had enough space and always hot water. The slopes were literally a 3 minute drive away. We loved taking the kids to have their first try at skiing and being able to come home when they got cold or hungry. Overall great stay. Only star off was for value as it was quite pricey, but honestly worth it for our family to all be so comfortable together.
