The house is located in the heart of the croisic in the historic centre and 5 minutes walk from the beach.
Nearby you will have the aquarium, Les Halles, the market, the marshes sal ats de guerande, the pouliguen, the baule. Batz sur mer. Everything is done by bike, on foot, by train or by boat. A real change of scenery!!
