In the heart of the village, you'll have a reserved parking space; additional vehicles can be parked in the village squares below.
You'll reach the house via 18 steps and also have access to a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill.
At the entrance to the cottage, you'll enter directly into the living room with a corner sofa, television, and dining area. On the same level, you'll have access to a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet.
Upstairs (14 steps), you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a small terrace.
Outside, at terrace level, there's a small room with a washing machine.
Baby equipment available upon request: travel cot and high chair. This charming house is located on the hills above Groléjac, 400 meters from shops and less than 8 km from Sarlat and Gourdon. Groléjac is a very attractive village with three main attractions: the port, the mill, and its lake.
You will have easy access to the major sites of the Périgord Noir. Discover the castles (Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Beynac, etc.), the listed villages (La Roque-Gageac, Domme, etc.), the gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, etc.), canoe trips, and the Groléjac lake, which is a relaxing place for swimming, fishing, and strolling around the lake or in the marshland, which has its own discovery trail.
You can also take advantage of your vacation to explore the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites (Lascaux IV International Center for Cave Art in Montignac) and troglodyte caves.
