Our vision is to create unforgettable memories for our guests, offering a luxurious and cozy retreat in the heart of Stowe. Located 10 minutes from Stowe Mt Resort and walking distance to Stowe rec path, shopping, restaurants and Mt biking, this chalet offers an open floor plan, high end kitchen and ample accommodations for two families. Enjoy all the seasons of VT - skiing, hiking, Mt biking, foliage - or simply just relaxing. Chalet is equipped with electric car charger and high end gym.

THE CHALET| Ideal for two families with kids, the chalet features open floor plan perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. The living room, kitchen and dining room are all open with lots of seating. In the summer, open the doors to the expansive deck and screened-in porch overlooking the pond. Create memories with a fire on the patio after a day of skiing or swimming in the pond! BONUS: enjoy 4th of July fireworks on the deck!

ROOMS| Upon entering the house, the mudroom offers ample space for all sports gear (comes with two boot/glove warmers). Coming in, the first floor master bedroom has a king bed, master bathroom and large walk-in closet. There is a half bath located in the hallway. The second floor has a full bath and two bedrooms - one is a queen with a desk incase you have to check in for work. The other bedroom has full sz bed + twin + pull out trundle. The walkout basement offers additional living room with a queen sz pull-out couch, a bedroom with a full sz bed, twin bed and trundle bed. The walkout basement also has a full size bathroom and a dedicated workout room.

THE TECH/ENTERTAINMENT| Enjoy music and movies in both living rooms offering new 65” smart TVs with new Sonos sound bars and subs! Bedrooms have new smart TVs. Walkout basement has a new Xbox for guests to use (great for moody teenagers)! Whole house has 100mb WiFi.

OUTSIDE| Unwind with drinks in the screened-in porch. Enjoy a summer dinner on the deck overlooking the pond (grill is available!). Relax on the dock and pond-side patio while enjoying a fire in the smokeless Breeo fire pit. The pond is a good size, great for swimming in the summer or ice skating in the winter. There is a babbling brook that runs the length of the property.

PEACE OF MIND| Guests have a private garage bay to keep snow off your car. There is an electric car 240v outlet, plus additional storage for ski gear. The chalet is equipped with Generac back up power for those major winter storms!

DEPOSIT/WAIVERS| We require $1900 deposit for damages or loss to property. Additional waivers may be required to use the gym and pond. We reserve the right to ask you to sign our rental agreement.

SECURITY SYSTEM| There are Ring security cameras located on the front door, over the garage and above the slider door on the porch looking towards the pond. The one on the porch can be turned off by guest if they wish. The switch is located inside (with the cap). The others will be on at all times for safety monitoring. The indoor Ring security system is deactivated during rental (the indoor system does not have a camera).

TV| Our TVs are equipped with apps such as HULU Live TV with NFL Redzone, Netflix, Disney +, HBO Max. Feel free to use your own login for other streaming services. If you forget to log out we will make sure to log you out between rentals.

THE POND| Perfect for swimming and ice skating however, use at your own risk. Please exercise caution and best judgment. The pond has to freeze at least 5 inches for ice skating. Do not ice skate off from the dock. Do not dive!

SEPTIC| We have a septic with grinder pump for basement plumbing. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper as this may cause the grinder pump to stop working and back up.

Beautiful, fresh and clean house. The host has thought of everything and we were so comfortable and cozy. There is great space for the whole group (we were 10) to hang out upstairs, as well as a second living area downstairs. Beds and pillows are comfortable, with nice quality linens/towels/pillows/mattresses. We need to come back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful deck and screened porch. Fabulous mudroom for ski gear too! Responsive host, would give 10 stars if I could.

This is a fantastic property, spacious ,comfortable, with close proximity to town and skiing. The house is layed out on three levels which is great for an extended family. The host were exceptionally responsive to any and all requests that we made. Will definitely be back!

A Great Stay in Stowe

This was our family's second time staying at Kyle and Alexa's home and it was as great as we remembered it. The house is beautiful and fit everyone comfortably. The location is great, whether you're headed to the mountain or to town. Kyle and Alexa were extremely responsive and happy to help answer any questions we had. Holiday and 16th birthday celebration. Property was adorned with holiday lights that glowed beautifully in the freshly fallen snow. It was a magical scene upon arrival. Bachelorette Weekend

Myself and 8 of my closest friends and family stayed at Kyle and Alexa’s beautiful Stowe chalet! It was a beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more! It is truly the ideal getaway house. The location was perfect! We were never traveling more than 10 minutes to get to town, a brewery, a mountain resort, etc. the only thing we’d recommend, being in a house full of girls, is a full body mirror somewhere! We all hope to make it back to Stowe some day and would LOVE to stay in their home again. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Perfect Stowe Getaway

This property is nothing short of perfect. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and located on a gorgeous idyllic property. The owners clearly paid attention to every detail in the design of the home and the amenities - it had everything you could want for a relaxing and fun week with the family. The home is conveniently located a short distance to the main part of Stowe as well as the ski resort, making it a great spot for any activities you might want to do. It was great being able to do a short 15 minute drive back from skiing and then be within 5 minutes of all the best restaurants in the area (when we weren’t cooking in the very well appointed kitchen). The owners are also extremely nice, helpful and hospitable. They were very communicative every step of the way to make sure all of our questions were answered and we had everything we needed. They even had a gift basket of items waiting for us when we arrived. My family and I could not have been happier with our stay and definitely hope to visit again in the future!

Beautiful House, Great Location & Great People

From the day we booked our stay Kyle & Alexa were wonderful to rent from! They were communicative, very quick to respond to messages and even notified us of small toy my son left behind, offering to mail it to us. They were a real pleasure to work with. The house is absolutely stunning and was equipped with anything you could need (they even had birthday candles which we had forgot when celebrating a birthday!) We were a group of 6 consisting of 4 adults & 2 kids (ages 6 & 3). There was more then enough room for us all. There was plenty of entertainment, just in case you're stuck in the house like we were on a rainy day. There are board games, a shuffleboard table, xbox, and a 6-in-1 board game cube. And, if you're not house bound, the location is amazing. Your a 1-2 minute drive to most restaurants and activities (walkable on nice days) and about 10 minutes to Stowe Resort. The resort is very nice but other than the mountain and the small village there isn't much in the way of restaurants. Most of the restaurants and entertainment is in the town of stowe where this house is located. The house and the owners were so nice and I will be planning my next stowe trip around their availability. Thank you Kyle & Alexa.

Enchanted Ski Chalet

While the pictures and introductory video that were sent by the host/property manager are great, the house is even better than it appears in the listing. The vaulted ceilings in the main room with the amazing southern light pouring in floor to ceiling windows gives a sense of space and openness. The view out the windows of the great room over the frosted pond and snow covered field, provides a sense of tranquility and real escape. The hosts looked after every detail in this incredible house. The welcome package included wine, Vermont maple syrup and various other goodies which were a welcome treat after a long drive. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The appliances and amenities are state of the art and very new. The shuffle board and downstairs game room entertained both are little ones and teens for hours. The separation this provides is great for families or a set of families traveling together. The downstairs gym was a hit with our older teens who said that this was an extremely well set up home gym. The rooms are all spacious. The property manager was extremely responsive to any questions or needs that came up, even during a holiday weekend. The location was perfect as it was close to the supermarket, town (shopping and restaurants) and Stowe Mountain Resort but also felt like we were in our own world despite that proximity. We have stayed at multiple places in Stowe and all over the world and this was one of the best places we have stayed in as a family. My daughter asked if we could please buy this house!

A Beautiful House and Great Location

We had an amazing stay at Kyle and Alexa’s house. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our extended family. It’s minutes away from all of the restaurants and shops, and ten minutes to the mountain. Kyle and Alexa were extremely responsive and happy to help with any questions we had. We built this chalet to create memories with our family and friends and hope to share that with others. This is our only property and we are very involved in managing it as we spend a lot of time here as well. We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay and hope you explore everything Stowe has to offer. Why they chose this property

The property is centrally located - close to Stowe Mt Resort and walking distance to the village. Access to the recreational path is minutes away. Centrally located yet the property offers a lot of privacy. The chalet offers plenty of room and the layout is great for entertaining both inside and outside.

Stowe is a beautiful location year round with so much to do outdoors. Enjoy skiing in the winter along with snowboarding, ice skating, cross country skiing, ice climbing, sledding and so much more! In the spring and summer, there are endless trails to hike and explore, golfing, use the recreational path for biking, running or walking. Of course, the fall brings the most beautiful colors. There is so much to do and this property is close to everything while still feeling secluded! Close access to Cady Hill Mt. Biking. Come and explore everything Stowe has to offer!

What makes this property unique

Snowy Creek is close to everything (10 mins from Stowe Mt. Resort, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the bike path) but still feels secluded and offers a lot of privacy. We also have an electric car charger in the garage!
