Newly built in 2017 bright holiday home on a small fine resort in Noordholland. This is located on a large island about 2 hectares in a large lake, passable over a bridge. The house is furnished with all the utensils needed for a relaxing holiday. Comfortable furniture, elaborate kitchen, flat screen TV, bathroom with luxury furniture and high-tech shower, covered terrace with garden furniture and outdoor grill.

Distance about 500m to the IJsselmeer with its gravel and fine sandy beaches. Boating, kite surfing, fishing, cycling, shopping, good restaurants make your holiday a pleasure. Attractions, sights, museums, for young and old in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful old Dutch cities, with charming architecture few minutes away, B. Medemblik - 5km - Hoorn 20km - Enkuizen - 25km - or even Amsterdam 60km. There is a children's play area, a large private playground with a kiosk, a terrace and many highlights such as trampolines, large slides, wooden railways, swings and so on - which can be used free of charge by our small guests. Three kilometers away a swimming pool with water slide - Indore playground up to 16 years about 5 km away. Next port in Medemblik - with its historical station and dike with boat dock for cruises. In Enkuizen is another large Indore swimming pool directly adjoining fine sandy beach by the sea. Spokjesland also in Enkuizen, for children up to 12 years is a cheap popular attraction used by young families or grandparents with grandchildren. Golf course in the immediate vicinity

Our manager will be happy to help you plan day trips, such as: b. to Texel or the North Sea.

In the period from 08. 09. to 19. 05. the additional costs (gas 4.90 Euro per cubic meter, water 3.50 Euro per cubic meter, electricity 0.35 Euro per KWH) are calculated according to actual consumption.

All year round is also the final cleaning with 60 €. To be paid locally.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Urlaubswoche 2026. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietung war absolut perfekt - schnelle Antworten und Flexibilität. Das kleine Haus entsprach auch dem Online Auftritt wobei hier und da bereits größere Abnutzungen sichtbar waren. Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir für ein besseres Lattenrost in den Kinderbetten und eine Klimaanlage. Die Anlage war aber sehr gut gepflegt und auch generell alles preis-leistungsmäßig passend. Owv file kwamen we later aan dan verwacht. De conciërge van het vakantiepark heeft ons fijn ontvangen. In de keuken was alles aanwezig. Wat er extra was aan kosten werd duidelijk gecommuniceerd. West-Friesland is een mooie streek om op vakantie te gaan. Er zijn vele mogelijkheden. De hygiëne was niet in orde: vuile matrassen, haar in de putjes van de gootsteen, verroest verwarmingstoestel in de badkamer, zeer vuile wc-borstel, vuile kussens in de zetels, schimmel in de douche. We begrijpen dat een vakantiewoning niet tiptop hygiënisch is maar dit was niet oke.

Klein, sauber, erholsam

Erholsam. Sehr saubere kleine Wohnung. Wir waren allerdings froh, das wir nur zu zweit (plus 2 Hunde) waren. Es ist alles sehr durchdacht, aber auch eng konzipert. Schöne Spaziergänge am nahen Isselmeer gemacht. Leider war das Wetter während unseres Aufenthaltes eher nass und windig. Wir konnten daher nicht so viel unternehmen wie wir gerne gemacht hätten.

Kleines Haus mit Stärken und Schwächen

Darstellung im internet war zwar korrekt - nur war das sofa total abgewtzt (Bemerkung der Managerin labitar ist bekannt - abhilfe fehlanzeige) das mit der Küchen Ausrüstung für kulinarische höhenflüge! Darstellung im internet war zumindest so dargestellt- kann man nur sagen auf den messern kann man getrost nach hause Reiten. Zum wc nach einmal abziehen wird der wasservorratsbehälter erst nach 15 bis 20 minuten gefüllt - dadurch ist ein Reinigung erst mal nicht möglich - unser work around Im garten gefundene giesskanne . Alas aufgepasst da die mitbewerber wie wir festgestellt haben zu gleichem tarif mehr als doppelte wohnfläche bieten

Ein super schönes Haus!

Alles prima, sehr gepflegt! Man könnte noch eine kleine Geschierspülmaschine einbauen, dann wäre es perfekt aber das ist kein muss aber ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht! war sehr schön!!
