Volleyball stay

The property was nice, but it was difficult to have zero areas to dump trash. There is only 2 bags of trash provided for a week stay and you put it out on the last day. The townhomes and single-family homes have trash pick up daily. We were provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 of us for a 5 night stay.

Great location for Disney

Was nervous about the lack of reviews but overall, great spot! We opted to stay off property this go around so that we could afford to have two bedrooms/kitchen. The layout of this property was perfect for our family, beautiful view over the pond. The bedrooms on the front with the windows next to the walkway was weird to me...thought there would be a lot of noise but we didn't have any issues. The place felt new. I get having rules and the need to not leave a mess are important...we are not messy people and usually leave places cleaner than when we got there but we felt like we couldnt' really relax worried about a smudge on a table or spot on a towel. ..Next time I would bring my own towels...there were plenty there but very thin/small. Glass tables with a little one were not so kid friendly. While technically you could walk to the club house, with a 3 year old it would have been a treck...we drove over. There is another pool we didn't know about that was much closer to our unit but just a pool, not the slides/ etc. ..but quiet and easily walkable. I had read reviews about the staff at the club house being sub par and issues there...we had a similar experience. They were not very friendly at all. Pool opened at 9...we got there at 9:30 and were told that the pool wouldn't be opening until 11 because they had to put the chairs out. We went back to our place and waited and then went back right at 11 to find the pool deck filled with people..clearly they had opened up before 11 after all and we struggled to find a chair. The pools to us were freezing and we opted for the spa but it was not on/hot/not working maybe? Very strict about not being able to bring in drinks/food which stinks that you have to turn around and spend an arm and a leg on drinks and food while there. They were good though. Security is a bit amiss...there are open gates throughout the complex..only one of them has a guard...we had advertisements put on the door step a couple days from local food places...so again, not so sure about how secure it really is. Not that we were really concerned about safety...just felt like they went through a lot to appear secure but in reality there wasn't much keeping anyone from driving through. The unit was extremely convenient to the Disney parks...15 mins, easy peasy...def beat waiting on busses.

Modern Convenience

Super clean and very new. Looks right out over the lake. Good location to all the local attractions. Pools were nice. The only downside was that it was very well equipped with some of the basics like dishwasher soap, dish towels, hangers in the closets....and very light on pots and pans, dishes etc. For just the two of us it worked fine, but if you had family staying there it would be challenging for meals in.
