For shared use: large, well-kept garden (not fenced). Terrace, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 3.2 km, café 3.2 km, bus stop 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4.5 km, skisport facilities 4 km, cross country ski track 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kitzbüheler Alpen, Zell am See - Kaprun, Wildkogel Bramberg. Hiking paths: Hohe Tauern. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence. As a greeting there is a glass of in-house honey per booking.

Sehr angenehme Vermieter

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne, saubereWohnung (Bilder stimmen) und äußert angenehme Vermieter.Einziger Minuspunkt: es gab wenig Geschirr und Besteck. So musste man nach jedem Essen waschen bzw. die Spülmaschine anschalten.

Eine sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung

Uns hat es in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen: alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber haben sich auch sehr gut um den Garten gekümmert. Außerdem gab es wertvolle Tipps zu den Ausflugszielen und Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Die Waschmaschine ist wichtig gewesen und im allgemeinen musste man nichts entbehren. Die Gegend ist ruhig, der Wald ist in der Nähe. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich wohl, fünfzig Meter weiter vom Haus konnte er im Wald gassi gehen :)

Wir wurden herzlichst Empfangen, für uns als Familie war es ein richtig toller Urlaub egal ob Sonnenschein oder Regen es was herrlich die Aussicht, die Ruhe die Freundlichkeit und Gespräche bleiben uns sehr in Erinnerung und wir überlegen wann wir wieder vorbeikommen und Urlaub machen da uns die ganze Region sehr gut gefällt. Toller Urlaub / tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und toll und sauber eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und die lieben Vermieter stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Auch unserer Labradorhündin hat es bestens gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die sehr gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Man hat viel Platz und Stauraum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hund auch. Er hat sich mit dem Hund des Vermieters exzellent verstanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe immer gerne mit Ihnen ein paar Worte gewechselt, wenn man sich getroffen hat. Der hauseigene Honig hat es besonders meinem Mann angetan. Was ich sehr gut fand, es war eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung vorhanden.

Sehr sauber und sehr nette Vermieter

Wir sind mit Hund und zwei Kindern (9 und 11) angereist und haben eine schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung vorgefunden. Der Garten bietet nette Sitz- und Spielmöglichkeiten. Darüber hinaus sind diverse Beeren angepflanzt, für das Frühstück eine nette Alternative. Die Familie W. als Gastgeber ist sehr nett und der selbstgemachte Honig schmeckt lecker. Tolle Wanderwege gibt es im Umkreis reichlich.

Wir wurden von Familie Wieser mit ganz viel Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist idyllisch und ruhig. Familie Wieser hat uns tolle Tipp für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir freuen uns, wenn wir unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder bei Familie Wieser verbringen können!!!!! Vielen Dank für die wunderschönen Tage!!!

A perfect place for peace and quiet with a wonderful view. In the morning you can relax in a cosy and warm dining room ,which offers a view on a nice garden and the mountains in the background, observing the sunrise and a flock of birds having breakfast just outside the window.Within 15 minutes you can get to a skiing arena, and although thare are more options around we spent time on the Wildkogel The host ,greeting us with homemade honey, were really nice and helpful . I recommend this offer

Gemütlich, tolle Lage, gut eingerichtet

Dies war die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten - freundliche Vermieter, schön eingerichtet, geräumig und mit Kochgeschirr, das man tatsächlich benutzen kann. Die übliche Ferienwohnungs-Pfanne, von der die Beschichtung abblättert, wird man hier nicht finden. Schön gelegen für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen, und sehr nah zu den diversen Skigebieten. Sehr zu empfehlen!
