We had a nice relaxing vacation, it was a quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing and the house was clean. We would definitely recommend and rent again.

This house was the perfect getaway for my sister and I. We were five minutes from the grocery store, and within a half hour of numerous wonderful restaurants. When we preferred to relax at home, it provided plenty of comfort and relaxation indoors as well as outside on the patio. We loved the pool area, and appreciated the grill when we had a small cookout for Labor Day. We experienced an unforeseen "issue" (no fault of the homeowner) during our stay, and Eddie was EXTREMELY kind and accommodating to us. He was also very responsive anytime I had a question. Me and my sister loved this property and would not hesitate to come back! 10/10 recommend!!

The house was perfect for our four generation family reunion from ages 3 - 98 years of age. The pool was the gathering point for the kids, while the adults enjoyed BBQing and talking while seated under a covered picnic area inside a screened in pool area. The beds were very comfortable! The house had everything we could want and more. We will be back.........

The most perfect stay if ever there was one!

We've rented from Eddie N. before, and he delivered this time, too. The property was perfect for us; check-in was seamless, the area was nice and quiet, and close to the lakes. We can't wait to return in the fall!

Great house in a quiet residential area. As a single female traveler I felt very safe. The large covered patio and pool were perfect for July in Florida. Communication with the property manager was exceptional-friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

This was our 2nd stay in this home this year. The home is exactly as advertised - clean clean clean w. anything and everything you might need during your stay. It is also located in a quite subdivision. The beds are exceptionally comfortable!!!!!! We have a large Florida based family filled with many grand children ranging in age from 3 years to 18 years of age. They all love to come over to this home during our stay and have fun in the pool. The kitchen/family room are spacious, offering opps. to play board games, or watch a movie together. The host is very responsive to any questions or needs we may have. A definite 10 plus rating for this property. You will not be disappointed. The property owners keep up with the maintenance, repair, and/or replacement of anything in need of a change.

Great Location

The home was clean and the pool crystal clear. Only suggestion is to replace bbq grill and install some type of handrail (suction cup or permanent) in guest shower. The location is close to beach and lagoon, we ate at Mulligan’s and walked in the adjacent park. We ordered food in one evening from Guisseppi’s Italian, both restaurants have excellent food. I would recommend this home for a nice vacation.

Good experience with house and agent

House was very clean. Little older finishes in some areas but clean at least and they are going to update those areas soon. Even so, it was very clean and the stay was great. I would return if ever staying in this area. Also skate park and tennis courts not to far away and plenty of parks plus the beach is only about ten or fifteen minutes away.

Look For This Property Manager!

We come to Sebastian 2-3 / year to visit our mother. I have learned when looking in VRBO to always look for properties managed by Eddie Nero - they are guaranteed to be VERY clean and as represented in VRBO. Eddie responds quickly to any questions or inquiries and makes sure that his guests are very well taken care of. This house is comfortable and well appointed. The pool area is lovely (though it was COLD like in the 40’s out all week so we only looked at it :-) the location is also very convenient to all things Sebastian!

Great property, however we were disappointed the stove only had 3 working burners. We had an extended stay, and this made meal prep a challenge. The property manager made sure everything was fixed that he had control over.
