I'm a military veteran who has flown for a major airline for the last 21 years. I grew up in Wisconsin, but I have lived in Texas for most of my adult life. I enjoy real estate and only have 2 furnished rentals, but that allows me to personally make sure that my properties are maintained and turned over to exceed guest's expectations.
Why they chose this property
Veranda is about 7 minutes from I-45, and less than 10 minutes to the Mall, Mitchell Pavilion, and Market Street. It is centrally located and convenient to shopping, health care, and so many great dining options. The property backs up to a greenbelt, and the pool and hot tub are very private. The Master bedroom, master bathroom, and closet are huge, and you have access to the backyard from the Master bedroom. Perfect for coffee outside in the morning.
What makes this property unique
Veranda has extremely fast Wifi for streaming for work or fun. There is a dedicated study and a second, smaller desk area in the Master bedroom. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances, and is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs. It has a Keurig coffee maker and a larger coffee maker, and a blender, waffle maker, and hand mixer. There is also a wine chilling refrigerator in the Master bedroom. There are two "cruiser" bicycles in the garage to take advantage and explore the beautiful bike trails in The Woodlands. There are also pool toys and a charcoal grill for backyard fun. The garage has a 220 volt outlet for your electric vehicle.
