On the second floor, this home features a main bedroom with king-size bed, convertible futon, full-size crib with changing table, laptop desk with chair and ensuit bathroom with dual sink, tub and shower, two secondary bedrooms both with queen-sized beds and convertible futons. An open loft space with a convertible futon, three seater sofa, smart TV and hallway bathroom with tub and shower. The first floor features a rec/bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed, convertible sleeper and a desk with chair, large living room with queen-sized sofa bed, three seater sofa and two seater loveseat, pack n play crib with available mattress, two dining tables with seating for 10 plus an island countertop with five chairs and an infant's high chair, full function kitchen and half bathroom . All sleeping and living areas are equipped with smart TVs and storage furniture with linens, fleece & throw blankets and towels. This home is located in a great neighborhood near to everything including, the Stockbridge Amphitheater and only 30 minutes from Downtown Atlanta.

We enjoyed our stay. Owner reaponded very quickly to any questions or issues that we had. Only suggestion is to have a few more towels and a few more blankets.

Title: Unexpected Change, but a Great Experience Overall

Our stay at [BNB Name] took an unexpected turn when we had to leave earlier than planned, but the experience was still wonderful. The host was incredibly understanding and accommodating, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. The space itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Even though our time was cut short, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return in the future. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

In a time where alot of things are going on, having a peace of mind when renting bnbs can be a stuggle. Nothing is perfect so when choosing these places no 2 are alike. This is my second time here at this location and while some things have change the owner is very nice and accomodating. Me and my girls had a lovely time again at this location. We really enjoyed the stay and any issues we had was communcated and responded back with the owner quickly. I would def come back here again.

Overall the location of the home was good for us, but if bed covers/blankets are important to you, bring your own. Also, you will need to bring your wash clothes as none are provided.

All I can say is wow! And you are not welcome at any of our locations in the future. After trying to steal our services, you are now trying to discredit us. The home is temperature controlled for your comfort. Bedding and throw blankets are always provided. Wash cloths are personal items which should not be shared at no time. This is a guesthouse and not an hotel.

Good but can be better.

The only flaws is that he said that he just put it up and didn't have everything furnished fully. No trash cans, no internet, no living room, no tvs beside one in the kitchen. Other then those small things that can easily be fixed , it was great.

The information about amenities was misleading. The towels were dingy. There were not enough towel

The response I received from the host when I expressed my concerns about not having the amenities was not professional. In fact, I was offended by the response I received. We only had two towels for eight people and they were dingy looking. I am aware that this is a guest house but at least let me know ahead of time if I need to bring my own towels and toilet paper. Blankets should have been provided whether we wanted them or not. There was only a top sheet and a fitted sheet on each bed. The site stated these items were provided and were not for eight people.

She wanted free stuff and was told this is not a hotel. Compare all the other reviews against hers. Would never rent to this miserably and jealous old hag whose only intention is to destroy the younger generation. Luckily she won't be doing it for too long.

Very nice home but not for me

Home was nice and comfortable. No bed spreads were provided (as in the pictures). ‘Throw’ blankets were provided. I’m 6’6” and I will need three of those blankets to cover myself adequately. (Bring your own blankets). Lacking cutlery (no spoons). Clean towels were in the dryer…? But my biggest complaint is how the landlord watched us on the doorbell camera and would text me about anything he saw. it was creepy. Said my guy was throwing his cig butts in the yard. He wasn’t. I would’ve stayed longer but I was just tired of wondering what we will hear from him next. The owner seems to be paranoid about the home, which I would be the same way, but then again maybe you shouldn't rent your home if that’s the case. All in all, it’s a decent home but bring your own necessities for the home. Additionally, how he responded to the previous renter was incredibly unprofessional (please read the other reviews and responses).

Your review seems to be about stopping others from renting the home. I'm wondering why the bias against us? You have no idea about the interactions between previous guests to call it unprofessional. And there is actually footage of someone from your party discarding cigarette butts on the lawn.

This guy is a joke

He is the most unprofessional owner I have ever dealt with. Left my hygiene kit and upon requesting to get it back he said “ No one looked in the pouch, and if your items were to a detriment, you wouldn't have to be notified to then realize you left it. You are not dealing with assumption or bias here. If you abandoned the items, then they were considered garbage, read the rental agreement. I would suggest you get refills in the time between recovery (speaking about my medication in the bag). I have no fiduciary obligations to you in this situation. You can scare me with the dog barks. Send a label.” (His actual text). Later on after we had a back and forth he agreed to let me come get my stuff but I hope that you rent this property with extreme caution. I would rather stay in a bug infested home than deal with this ‘professional’. His main problem is he thinks he’s a consummate professional but he actually comes across as a very dry, impersonal, owner. If I wanted a dry experience I would just get a hotel. Lastly, as harsh as this review might be I am actually holding back.

This is not a review but an attempt to sabotage this property. There are no actual review or valid reason not to recommend. Steve said the owner tries to appear professional yet is just dry. What he really wanted say is though I comw across as intelligent, I am just black. He also said he was holding back. Why would he? The fact is, they were parking a pickup truck and throwing cigarette butts on the lawn and I asked them to be more considerate. This is actually his second stay. The problem is that I spoke to them about the issues and he became belligerent. The problem wasn't the property, his problem was with who owned it. He left property after checking out for which he ask for a picture to verify two days later. He first said he didn't want it then claimed it contained medication. After being told prescription drugs can't be mailed arrangements were made for it to be picked up.

What a stay!

This home is literally minutes from everything! It's very roomy and CLEAN! The pictures on the post does the house no justice! It's beyond beautiful, modern and located in a quite neighborhood.

Extremely nice property

I had a wonderful time. I stayed for one night only but the house was clean and amazing. The only issie i had was not getting wifi info in time but other than that i had no issues with the home. A great place to stay when you need a getaway.
