Perfect location for our family weekend. Super Walkable to restaurants and a grocery store. Owners were extremely helpful and responsive when needed. Hope to stay here again when we visit family.
This is the perfect place to stay in a very trendy neighborhood. It's walking distance to restaurants, parks and shops. The inside has been done well and is very comfortable. I would not hesitate to rebook this location when going back to Denver.
It’s a great space with everything you may need. The location is the best thing about it, walking distance to the grocery store, breweries, shops, and food/coffee. In the hot months, this place can be a little warm, but the fans help out. Overall, a great place to stay and the host is very responsive and helpful!
This place has everything you need in a great part of Denver (the hip Berkeley area) at the right price. Steller bars, coffee shops and food just out the doorstep. I will be back.
Perfect size place to stay for a quick trip to Denver! Near a super cute neighborhood with great food. Super easy check-in/out process! Would highly recommend!
Lovely place for a couple to stay, nicely appointed and so close to a wonderful family neighborhood right off of Tennyson street, easy drive to downtown Denver too. Hosts are very responsive to all communications, easy check in instructions and access.

Biggest issues we had with this listing were Megan failed to let us know that the entrance to the studio is in a back alley behind the house. My husband had to walk through their yard and awkwardly interrupt a birthday party trying to find our entrance. I messaged Megan asking about the correct entrance first and she never replied.
Upon getting upstairs there was a pile of soaking wet, dirty towels covered in hair on top of the washer that I had to move into a provided laundry basket, which was gross to do.
The unit has an AC unit in the ceiling but the studio was unbearably hot to where we stayed out all day to avoid it. A fan is provided but for whatever reason it doesn’t blow air it just sucks air in so it was almost useless. I would hope Megan can provide a newer, stronger fan for future guests.
The couch was super small, certainly not big enough for 2 people to comfortably sit although the room is big enough for a bigger couch.
TV is a fine size but really old. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was clean and had all the necessities. Bathroom also clean and shower had good pressure.
All in all I wouldn’t stay here again. It was fine for the 3 nights prior to us attending a music festival, primarily because we were out all day exploring. For an overnight I would maybe consider, but no longer than that.
we enjoyed our stay. Meghan was quick to reply with enquiries. The place is steps away from good restaurants and brew pubs.
The neighborhood felt safe. My wife and I really would have enjoyed an outdoor space to relax in but that is not available.
We would consider staying again!
Overall we had a great stay here. Our only inconvenience was the parking. At best we were only able to find overnight parking about 2 blocks away. The listing stated “Parking” in the amenities which we thought meant a dedicated spot usually. But we were surprised when it was just local city parking. So if you plan on getting in and out of your car frequently like us, it did take some planning to find a spot and then walk back to the VRBO. That being said it was very clean, and in a great little location.
I came to Denver for business over a weekend and stayed in the apartment for two nights. I found the studio to be cozy, comfortable, and private. The bathroom had beautiful natural light, plenty of hot water, and water pressure. The bed was comfortable as well as the couch. The only problem I encountered was the unit's Wifi was fine but the internet signal seemed to fade in and out, but I was always able to reconnect after losing connection.
The hosts have provided most anything you could imagine to make your stay comfortable and were very helpful while also leaving me in peace. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a lovely stay!
