Amazing place to stay close to downtown denver. The host was attentive the house was clean and inviting. Adequately stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again! Highly reccomend!

The space was nicely remodeled and generally very clean. It’s a private basement unit and suited our needs well for the weekend. The hot tub was a great idea, though it wasn’t as clean as we expected during our stay. Access to the unit involved stairs and cobblestone areas with some leading tendrils of a bush, which may be something to keep in mind for some guests.Overall, the place was comfortable and functional, and while it wasn’t quite what we personally looking for, it did work well for our stay.
