We came to Denver for the RUSH 50 Somthing tour and were delighted to find this gem. Quiet, clean, kitchy and relaxing. The cat hanging out on the patio was an added bonus.

This was the perfect launching point for all the Denver activities! Located in a charming neighborhood, Barbara’s VRBO came complete with great amenities - including a visit from the cutest kitty! Barbara was very responsive to our questions and is an amazing host. What a wonderful weekend stay!

Very clean and just as presented! This is small, cozy and quaint! Easy to find with ample on street parking and very specific directions on how to get to the access point on the property. We walked to a couple places for meals, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Barbara was very responsive to questions/requests. Would stay here again!

Very easy to find in a rather nice neighborhood. My daughter and I woke up on Sunday and cruised around the downtown are and even out to the Stadiums. Great location, great host and a very inviting environment to come home to and rewind after a busy day exploring Denver!

Barb was such a splendid host! She was very accommodating and very quick with responses. The “den” was adorable and well stocked with stuff we need (coffee maker, knives, silver ware, napkins, etc) and it felt like a home away from home.
