UNWIND AND HAVE FUN! Be our guest in this beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom vacation rental condo on the 9th floor of Miramar Beach Surfside Resort. Conveniently located just across from the beautiful beaches of Miramar Beach, and close to fabulous shopping, award winning dining, world class golf, and a wide variety of entertainment options, you are guaranteed to have a fabulous vacation.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking a panoramic view of the gulf with an added glimpse of the bay. The condo has been recently updated with new flooring, furniture and appliances. The living room and dining room area is open and airy and is filled with natural light and views of the gulf. The living room provides comfortable seating, and a queen-sized pull-out couch for extra guests. The dining area and breakfast bar seats your group comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and everything you will need to stay in and prepare meals. The master king suite offers gulf views, balcony access, an HDTV, and large master bath with a stand-up shower. Peer out of the window of this bedroom to gaze upon the emerald waters of the Gulf. The guest queen suite also offers gulf views, an HDTV, balcony access, and private bath with a stand-up shower. Additional bedding includes a queen size sleeper sofa and a set of twin bunk beds to sleep a total of 8.

You don't have to worry about crossing traffic when you use the overpass from the 2nd floor pool deck to the beach. Make sure to secure the free seasonal beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella waiting for you between mid-March and mid-October.

Surfside Resort is an all-inclusive property including a fitness room with gym equipment, sport deck (tennis under the lights, shuffleboard, basketball) above a covered and secure parking deck, a large, heated pool and deck area, two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, beachfront Tiki Hut food and beverage service, on-site restaurant, and a pool house with showers and a sauna. Surfside Resort features The Royal Palm restaurant, Surfside Spa (massages, facials, etc.), and Surfside Beauty Studio located on the 1st floor. Surfside now offers seasonal beach bonfires as well as beach weddings and receptions in the new beautiful event venue catered by Royal Palm Grille restaurant. Please note Surfside Resort only allows 2 vehicles for a 2-bedroom unit.

*We also offer monthly rates for stays during our winter season. Please inquire if interested.
*Summer/Spring Break requires 7-night stays (Saturday - Saturday), otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.

Gorgeous view's, very comfortable inside, clean and everything you need is in the condo. We loved it. Will definitely be back to the same condo. Only thing i would add is a ceiling fans in the bedrooms but that wasnt a big deal.

Room was nice. Would have been nice to have some salt/pepper. There was some dirty laundry stuffed between headboard and wall from previous guests (who knows how long it had been there) the air conditioner also was not keeping the place cool. I didn’t bother complaining as I know they typically keep them set at a temperature that they believe is comfortable. The back bedroom would get fairly warm at night. Overall nice place to stay with easy access to beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was one problem that went unresolved for more than 1 day. None of the kitchen and dining room AC receptacles had electricity. Security was sent to check the circuit breakers, but to no avail. However, upon further investigation on my own, I discovered that the specific breaker for the kitchen & dining areas had a reset button that Security failed to reset. After I pressed the reset button and turned off/on the breaker, power was restored. Security needs to be better schooled on this.

Great condo!

Loved the blinds! It’s great to look out and see the ocean but you need blinds sometimes. Our last place didn’t have any and it stunk. This was a very nice, clean place with all the dishes you would need and comfy beds/couches. We could log onto our own apps on the Roku but it also had lots of channels too. Tv remote in bedroom was kind of hard to work but I made my husband use that one. lol. Loved the showers and especially having a washer and dryer! Also loved having access to the on-site restaurant and beach bar. I thought it was easier to cross the street than use the walkway but that’s personal preference. The beaches are close to public access so pretty crowded but we didn’t mind. Street traffic is very constant and a lot of honking and some yelling in the evening. But it died down eventually. Also, no fault of the condo owners, but there’s only 2 elevators for 16 floors so you do have to be very patient, sometimes it took quite a while. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. It was a great condo and very close to the beach with all the amenities we wanted.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has great potential! The2 bedrooms and little bunk room plus sleeper softer make it great for 2 families or one large family. The balcony expands the back of the entire unit with ocean front views. It has just a short walk to the beach which is convenient however once you get down the beach access you still have to treck down the beach for a public spot as the resorts monopolize the majority of the beach with empty chairs for rent pool is nice with 2 hot tubs and a small children’s pool. The condo needs some work and updates. We had a lock fall out of the slider, a towel rack fall off the wall, noticed broken trim, taped trim around mirror. The air conditioning kept going out which seemed to be an issue with the building rather than the unit, still inconvenient as at one point the temp in the condo got up to 78 degrees. I will say with all of these issues the customer service was excellent and they were quick to come out even at 11pm to correct issues. They even brought a portable air conditioning unit since the air was a repeating issue. Over all if they spent a bit of money to slightly repair and update it would be perfect.

The skywalk and beach side bar were a huge bonus. Only complaints we had were a lot of guests were very loud late into the night. Suggest getting some baking sheets and a broom and dust pan. A broom would have made cleaning the sand up. Overall we had a great time and would recommend to others.

Surfside condo

Surfside has a lot of really nice condos and is in a great location. The unit we stayed in this time , 903, could use some updating and cosmetic work. I would toss the VCR player. View is great, above the power lines, but I will get a different unit next year.

Property Damaged when we arrived

The property was not advertised correctly and the door to the balcony had a broken handle in which case fell completely off while we were staying there. The room also stated it slept 6 people in which it did but was very uncomfortable. The condo should be advertised as sleeping only 4 as there are only 2 beds in the condo.

Nice, but the sound carries

Overall we had a good stay. There were a few bumps in the check-in process, as we had not been registered as guests. I had to call the property management twice to alert them we were waiting in the lobby and could not check-in. The unit we stayed in was as described, but noise carries from room to room easily even with the doors closed. The balcony overlooks the pool, and the sound carries here as well. We could clearly hear conversations, shouting, music, or really anything else happening at the pool in our unit with the doors shut. This became problematic at night when some of us were trying to sleep, and quiet hours were not enforced.

our stay was overall great my only complaint is that the front office didnt know who we were or that we even were staying there. after calling glass casa we realized we didnt need them at all. but got gate codes from other tenants and parking passes (just a piece of paper saying what room we were in)
