Duplex apartment over 2 floors in an ideal sunny south-facing position. Located on Paulsberg with a view of the Hasselkopfwiesen nature reserve, in a quiet and green area. Nevertheless, you can reach the town center with shopping, sport and entertainment options in just a few steps.
The bright, completely renovated apartment offers 2 separate bedrooms, a shower room with window, a storage room and a cozy living-dining area with open kitchen. An invisible and sunny balcony offers a wonderful panorama. If necessary, an extra bed for up to 6 people can be made using a comfortable sofa bed. A free car parking space is available behind the building.
Modern and of high quality, the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchenette, various built-in cupboards, 3 TVs, Wii game console, Blu-Ray player, music system with CD, Bluetooth and USB connection. WiFi is available.

Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht, die Unterkunft war schön ruhig gelegen, kein Trubel. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hat uns gut gefallen Die Vermietung hat richtig gut geklappt aber nur mit dem Vermieter selbst, ĂŒber FeWo direkt hat es nicht so geklappt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen - alles so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Check-in & check-out super easy und komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und wĂŒrden noch mal wieddrkommen.

VerlÀngertes Wander-Wochenende

Wir waren fĂŒr ein verlĂ€ngertes Wochenende GĂ€ste in der Unterkunft, um in der Umgebung zu Wandern. Die vorherige Kommunikation mit Fr. und Hr. MĂŒller verlief optimal. Fragen und Anliegen wurden schnell und zuvorkommend gelöst. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sauber und modern eingerichtet gewesen, mit allem was benötigt wurde. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Von Braunlage aus sind es wenige Autominuten bis zu den ersten Wanderrouten. Sollten wir nochmal im Harz unterwegs sein, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Eine tolle Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Als wir die Fotos gesehen hatten, wollten wir unbedingt dort hin. Es ist alles da was man benötigt und die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt. Die Kinder fanden die Wendeltreppe zum oben liegenden Schlafzimmer super. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs und waren von der Ferienwohnung sehr begeistert. Sie war sauber. Die Wohnung sah sehr gut aus, wie auf den Bildern. Der Check In hat gut geklappt. Die Parkmöglichkeit war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche war sehr gut. Die Umgebung (Braunlage) ist sehr schön. Man kann durch die Stadt gehen, man kann sich FahrrĂ€der mieten und durch die. Natur fahren oder wandern gehen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Durch die ĂŒberdurchschnittlich gute Ausstattung, lĂ€sst sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter, gut entspannen. Und es kommt kein Familienmitglied zu kurz. Hervorzuheben ist auch das riesige Platzangebot in den zahlreichen SchrĂ€nken. Uns hat am meisten gefreut, dass es sehr sauber war. Die Vermieterin war engagiert und kĂŒmmert sich sehr um das wohlergehen ihrer GĂ€ste liegt ihr am Herzen. Insgesamt haben wir uns wirklich wohlgefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.
