For a true lakeside experience, gather on the deck abutting the water for an evening cookout or fire pit. The rustic screened in patio boasts a large four-person hot tub and ample seating, creating the perfect opportunity to relax and socialize while enjoying the lake breeze. In the adjoining rec room, the pool table, bar area, dual TV's, karaoke machine, and comfortable seating area allow for gaming and exciting group gatherings. The well-equipped kitchen sports granite, high-end appliances and double ovens for the chefs in the house, with plenty of cookware, dishware, and utensils for your needs.

Space abounds to sleep up to 8 family members and friends comfortably, with the Serene Gray Room, the Flower Room, and the Pirate Room housing queen, full, and two twin sized beds in addition to the large Juliette Room with a queen bed, sitting and TV area, and balcony overlooking the Lake Room. Additional sleep options are available on the pull out couch and plush air mattresses. Multiple seating and dining areas throughout the house encourage shared meals, conversation, and movie nights with your family and friends.

Grandview Gambrel is located on the town line of Farmington and Rochester, where you will find any amenities you may need only 15 minutes away. We are central to major hubs and activities, with Portsmouth and Lake Winnipesaukee within 30 minutes, and Gunstock Mountain, Laconia, Kennebunkport, Newburyport, Manchester, and Hampton beach all within an hour drive.
