This beautiful home offers comfort and convenience in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully furnished house and relaxing backyard patio complete with BBQ, ready to enjoy your afternoon cocktails. Our home has wireless internet, air conditioning, fully remodeled kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, laundry, 58" T.V. Roku TV. This 1400 sq foot home complete with laundry area plus outdoor patio retreat and garage. Enjoy the multiple tasty fruit trees in the backyard; orange, grapefruit, and lemon. Use our juicer to make fresh orange juice every morning. This residence is centrally located to an abundance of amenities including 8 golf courses, 8 Sun City fitness centers/pools (for those 55+ and their guests who purchase monthly passes), and baseball Spring Training sites (4.8 miles to Peoria Sports Complex-Mariners and Padres, 10 miles to Camelback Ranch Complex-Dodgers and White Sox, 22 miles to Goodyear Ballpark-Reds & Indians, 9.1 miles to the Arizona Cardinals State Farm Stadium. Winter 2023 Review

We had a wonderful 14 weeks in Sun City and enjoyed our time in the newly remodeled home. The owners were easy to communicate with and made our stay easy. The King bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nicely redone, and the home was very consistent with the description on the VRBO listing. We enjoyed the oranges, clementines, grapefruit, and lemons on the four trees in the back yard as well. Also, there is so much to do in Sun City. I recommend staying for more than a month so that you qualify to purchase a pass for the rec centers and can enjoy the activities and clubs that are available.

Modern, comfy, perfect for our stay

Our group of 4 adults stayed at this home for 5 days while visiting parents in Sun City. Location was perfect for us. The hosts were proactive in preparing the house, welcoming, and very easy to reach. The home is updated throughout - modern kitchen, nice decor, new appliances, comfy beds, plenty of flexible space to use, ample seating, good landscaping, awesome patio. We also enjoyed picking some oranges in the backyard! We cooked Christmas Eve dinner there with no problem. We would definitely stay again on a future trip to Sun City.

We absolutely loved your home. Thank you kindly. Note: did not see/find an outside garbage can, so all garbage in a bag along with what needed thrown near kitchen garbage.
