The dock is large, with two covered boat slots with lifts. Seasonally, the boat dock provides good fishing. Swimming and water sports are not recommended in the cove. Gators also make the cove their home. The neighborhood is safe for walks and family activities.

Fishing vacation

Quick night and 2 days of fishing with friends for my son. They had a great time! Great location on the water to fish and plenty of room to play outside.

Perfect for 4 bass anglers with boats

Enjoyed our stay but the only drawback was that we were several miles from places to eat. Found a good Mexican place in Quincey (Laradoes) and Twin City Pub in Chatahouchee. But overall it was a great place for us to stay for our bass tournament.

Property owner is an outstanding person who is very helpful and quick to respond with any questions

Property is an awesome and peaceful lake house getaway. With great access to the marina and the lake. Neighbors and local people who fish are all helpful with fishing tips and always have an open invite to come pull up a chair in the evenings.
