The house was great! Very clean and exactly as listed. The only thing I could say was I wish the back yard had more seating. It was a very big back yard and no seating to enjoy it. Other wise super great! Easy to find and beautiful location.

The host was very responsive and the location was very convenient and in a safe neighborhood. Reducing the rating simply because there was a large number of ants in the bathroom to which the host responded promptly and said it would be resolved quickly. Beds were comfortable, TV easy to use and ample parking in the driveway and on the street.

Great house/quiet neighborhood

Love this house! The location was wonderful! It’s close to river, zoo, park and in a lovely little neighborhood. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. King bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed all aspects of the house. Will definitely stay here again if in the Sacramento area and will happily refer our friends.
