Villa mit grandiosem Meerblick

Villa war nicht sehr sauber gereinigt. Schmutzige Fenster, Glas bei Pool sehr schmutzig, was die tolle Aussicht sehr getrübt hat- schade. Ansonsten grosszügige Villa mit grossen Zimmern und Terrasse.

Location superbe, personne à l'arrivée pour nous accueillir et piscine non chauffée (sur l'annonce, piscine chauffée).. Après plusieurs emails sans réponse, on a eu un contact avec une personne qui nous a dit que le chauffage de la piscine suscitait un supplément. La piscine était un plus dans le choix de la location, on n'a pas pu en profiter!!). Dans la facture de réservation de la location, (nous étions 5 adultes et 2 enfants) nous avons payé un supplément de 2 personnes supplémentaires non justifier. . Cordialement,

Villa Ribeira Brava, Madeira (Sept. 2022)

Vermieter hat keine Check-in und weitere Daten online gestellt. Vermieter erschien nicht zum Check-in-Zeitpunkt, erst 3 Std. später nach Einschalten von FeWo-direkt. Vermieter hat keine Mängel behoben (3 von 4 Herdplatten defekt, Kaffeemaschine defekt, Türklinken fielen ab, Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen defekt, Ameisen im Haus) und ist zum verabredeten und zugesagten Termin ohne Entschuldigung nicht erschienen. Das Haus ist eigentlich sehr schön. Das Verhalten des Vermieters jedoch eine Unverschämtheit.

amazing view, and a beautifull House!

One of the best houses we ever had. The Owner created a beautifull place. The House is equiped with all the items you need for a perfect vacation (grill, lounge-chairs, pool, lights etc.), and everything is nearly new. Thank you for a very good time there!
