Use the walking path in this gated community to guide you to the beautiful pool with concrete deck, tennis courts, 24 hour fitness center and clubhouse which includes a library, pool table and lounge. Sit on the screened lunai for morning coffee or a glass of wine at night viewing the lighted fountain. This condo comes fully furnished including a king sized bed, queen sized sofa bed perfect for extra guests or children, TV, walk-in closet and washer and dryer. New stainless-steel appliances are ready for use. Additional conveniences include beach necessities, towels, coolers and umbrellas, and games.

Conveniently located near Sarasota Airport and several amazing beaches including Siesta Key, Lido Beach, Turtle Beach, and Ana Maria Island. With just a short drive you could spend everyday at a different beach. Need some time out of the sun head to the UTC Mall or St Armands CIrcle for shopping, dining and entertainment. Grocery shop at opportune Publix and Detweiller's Market. Nearby entertainment includes kayaking in the mangrove trees, boating, golf courses, art galleries, museums, theaters, Selby Botanical Gardens and Sarasota Jungle Gardens. Perfect condo

Close to all areas we like to visit. Pool is heated and perfect. Wild life outside the Lanai fun. Easy in and out. Lovely hosts. Very pretty space. Looks brand new. Well decorated too.

Wonderful experience from start to finish

The property was warm and inviting. The owner thought of everything to make our stay comfortable from the adorable coffee bar to the beach bag and table games. Communication was excellent and every message to Leah was answered promptly. Tons of amenities in the facility and close to grocery stores and restaurants along with the nearby beaches. Highly recommend. Thank you for going above and beyond Leah.
