Indep. house near a hamlet. Gr. fl.: living-rm with sofa, kitchen, 1 bdrm (2 beds 3ft3), shower rm with WC. 1st fl.: 3 bdrms(2 bds 4ft6, 1 bd 3ft, 3 bds 3ft9), baby bed, bathrm with WC. Open fire (35€ per cubic meter). Electr. heating. Washing mach., dishwasher. Grounds, covered terrace, car shelter, garden table & chairs. Swimming pool (8x4 m) in common with the owners. Cleaning service. Old renovated house, with local stone front. Quietness and peacefulness guaranteed. In front of the gîte a road with very little traffic. Owners (cattle farmers) at 4 km.
