You have access to the entire property: main house, guest house, pool, sauna, large backyard with trampoline, ping pong table and batting cage.

Enjoy the hill country views from the 2nd-floor bedrooms as well as from the crow's nest!

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths
The master bedroom has a king-size bed.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds.
The 4th bedroom is in our guesthouse which is in a separate building, right on the other side of the pool. The guesthouse is a studio suite. It has a queen bed and a full futon sofa bed. It has its own kitchen and bathroom with a shower.

The main house also has a crow's nest/playroom on the 3rd floor (not counted in the number of bedrooms) with 2 twin foldable mattresses.
It can get a little warm there in the summer but it can accommodate additional guests such as children.

Note that there are stairs (with rails) to get to all the bedrooms and the guesthouse.

The outdoor area includes a pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a chicken coop, a patio with chairs and a dining table, a fire pit, a batting cage, a trampoline, a swing, a ping pong table and an outdoor kitchen with a grill, a smoker, a sink, and a small refrigerator to keep your drinks cold. :-)

Note the pool is not gated. Refer to our rules regarding the pool area waiver.

Also, it is a volleyball-type pool with 3 levels: 3 ft on one end, 5 ft deep in the middle and 4 ft deep at the other end.

You will be provided all the details to check-in a few days before your arrival. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house. We have a circular driveway that can accommodate a good number of vehicles.
