About this property

Our condo is in the heart of the historical South Main Arts District and right across from the Civil Rights Museum and a short walk to Beale Street. You can walk easily and safely to restaurants, bars, and the waterfront! Our condo is three floors and includes a two car garage. We have two true bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and one lofted bedroom. We also have two futon beds on the bottom floor, no bathroom on that floor though.
Street parking is very easy if you have more than two cars. We have a full kitchen and toiletries. Absolutely NO parties, smoking and no children or pets please.

Perfect for our trip!

The place was in such a great location. We were able to walk almost everywhere. There was plenty of space for us, blankets, etc. The check in was a bit tricky but the owner was very quick to respond and help out with it. One of the bathrooms was missing soap, but we made do and didn't bother us. Checkout was one of the simplest I've ever experienced with a vrbo.

I knew I wanted to be downtown when we visited and the location of this rental was amazing! Walking distance from some of downtown Memphis' greatest sights and eats with quick access to the trolley (a must ride!) and Bird scooters. The condo is gorgeous, clean and a wonderful treat for your next visit. The host was also quick to respond to any inquiry we had - much appreciated. You can't go wrong at all choosing this rental when you visit the wonderful city of Memphis.

Excellent all around property and location!

Excellent condo, super spacious and comfortable, with great decor and amenities. Truly excellent location, in the midst of a wonder set of cute little shops, bars with live music, and restaurants of all kinds, right next to a trolley stop, only a short walk (like 10 blocks) to Beale Street and all of that activity, plus only about 5 blocks or so to the MLK museum. It was perfect for our girlfriends weekend away! and the hosts were excellent.
