Downtown Memphis Condo, Walk to Everything, Sleeps 6

**Security cameras monitor all entrances 24/7. Additional fees apply to more than 7 guests. Upfront honesty about the number of guests is appreciated. NO smoking, pets, parties or events of any kind.**

One night rentals Monday through Wednesday only. One night rentals Thursday through Sunday will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The neighborhood has a family-friendly event the last Friday of every month called Trolley Night. If you are sensitive to noise or do not want to be disturbed prior to 10pm, I would choose another location if the dates of your trip fall on the last Friday of the month. The streets are bustling with music and pedestrians from 6-10pm during this event. It's a great local experience!

No cancellation refunds for bookings during holidays or special events.

Step right out back to visit the historic National Civil Rights Museum or eat at the popular Central BBQ. Nearby is an array of great food and shopping including Earnestine & Hazel's, Juiced, Arcade Diner, Little Italy, Devour, Ritual Coffee, Birdie's, Muse and Feelin' Memphis. Walk less than 15 minutes to visit The Blues Foundation, or close by the famous Orpheum, Beale Street, FedEx Forum and Memphis Rock n' Soul Museum. Questions about something? Just ask! UNIT 1 Information:

This is a three-story condo. Two bedrooms, two full baths and the laundry are on the third floor. A twin memory foam sofa sleeper is on the workspace landing on the second floor. As well, a twin memory foam sofa is located on the first floor along with a half bath, dining area and full kitchen.

- 1 twin convertible sofa sleeper (located downstairs in the living room)

- 1 twin convertible sofa sleeper located on the second-floor landing near workspace area

- Secure, controlled access building

- 2 Gated, tandem parking spots accessed from behind unit

- Semi-private outdoor deck shared with neighboring unit that is also a vacation rental

- Apple TV/Cable and free WiFi internet provided

- Large smart TVs in living room and each bedroom

- Kitchen fully stocked with a coffee maker, dishes, utensils and quality cookware.

- Clean towels, linens and bedding provided

- Complimentary coffee, tea, creamer & sugar

- New coffee shop across the street and condo is located in the vibrant South Main Arts District

- NO pets, parties or events of any kind

- NO smoking/vaping inside the unit or illicit drug use of any kind

**PLEASE NOTE**

This is a residential unit with a residential water heater. Like with your home, if 3 or more people take back-to-back long hot showers, you will run out of hot water. I recommend guests stagger their shower times to avoid running out of hot water. It can take approximately an hour for a full tank to reheat.

This place was great. It was on main street. Main street had all kinds of shops, stores and restaurant that you could go into this place was right in the middle of it all.Just a short little walk to most of the attractions of Memphis. The property was immaculate, a very spacious and roomy, the master bedroom had a great bed and the bathroom was excellent. The shower was most exquisite. The property owner had left several brochures for restaurants on main street and around. They had great contact with us telling us anything we needed to know would definitely stay there again when we go back to Memphis.

Our host had excellent communication when we had a question before our travels. The condo was clean, very quiet and comfortable, excellent location. Two large bedrooms both with a full bath. We flew in without a car, and it was a non-issue. We could take the Trolley bus from right outside the unit down to Beale Street, great music and all the attractions. Steps away from the Civil Right Museum. Many good restaurants within walking distance, and even a little grocery store we could walk to.

This was a fantastic property. It has multi levels that are laid out nicely. The living room is comfortable , the kitchen is great as well as the bedrooms. Two couples stayed and the terms “superb”, “exceptional” and “awesome” was used to describe this place. This property is located near many attractions, which includes a good size grocery store. Highly recommended!

The condo was excellent, as advertised. It is truly walkable to every place downtown. The security measures of fenced parking and secure entrances are excellent. The mattress on fold out couch could use some additional padding. And, a couple of towels per guest would be helpful for longer stays. Otherwise, we were completely comfortable and happy with the accomodations!

Great Stay

Thanks to the host for the lovely stay. The space worked well for our family road trip, was very clean and the communication was excellent. The location was perfect with most of our wish list within waking distance. We enjoyed walking down to the river for sunset, the restaurants near by (Juice!), and the world class museum across the street.

My wife, Christine and I are Downtown Memphians and purchased this property in 2019. The previous owner operated both out units as Short-Term rentals just as we are.

We look forward to hosting new and returning guests to our units. We love Memphis and think our guests will too.

Why they chose this property

This property is ideally located in the Downtown Memphis area. For starters, there is private off-street parking and ample security for the units.

There is a unique and superb local coffee shop literally right across the street and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The Civil Rights Museum is just around the corner and the Blues Hall of Fame is just up the street.

The Memphis Orpheum Theater is only a short walk up the road with Memphis' Famous Beale Street only a further short walk from there.

Central Bar-B-Q, one of Memphis' more famous BBQ restaurants is also close-by.

What makes this property unique

If you like Memphis or are traveling here for the first time, this is the place for you. Moreover, if you are coming as a large group, this unit sleeps 6 very comfortably and has the other amenities you would expect at home.

A car is not required for enjoying Memphis with this property as your home base. You can get to most places by simply walking. Also, the Memphis Trolley system has a stop very near this unit and it only cost $1 per ride.
