You have exclusive use of the entire condo, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and the washer/dryer.

You also have have a dedicated parking space in the gated parking lot adjacent to the building.
Other things to note
This is a two-bedroom condo with queen beds, but I also provide a self-inflating queen-size Aerobed complete with sheets & blankets that you can use to easily accommodate a total of six people.

This was a great place to stay, very clean and a great location. Easy walk to the river walk area, Beale Street, and don't forget Gus's chicken.

Absolutely wonderful! Communication was perfect! Anything that you needed was supplied. Walking distance to everything! Great food nearby. Only thing beyond JR’s control was the gate to the parking. Make sure to listen for the beeps when you push the numbers.

Great location within walking distance to Beale Street and tons of restaurants. Just as pictured in a cute historic building. We really appreciated the little extras like the bottled water, mints and coffee. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in this cozy condo. I love the exposed brick and being within walking distance of a lot of places. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. JR was informative and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, cute and functional

Was exactly what we needed for our vacation. It was nice to be able to walk to Gus’s for dinner and was a good central location for what we were doing on our trip. Despite the run down parts of the neighborhood, there were several other families enjoying this area on vacation.

Short stay from Chicago

Stayed here for a quick trip to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday. The host replied quickly to any questions. Clean home and allowed us to bring our pets. Great location, close to many restaurants, Beale Street, Civil Rights Museum and the river. Easy check in and check out.

60th BDay trip!!

Worked out GREAT. Walked to Beale St/Gus’s Fried Chicken/Civil rights museum/riiver. Perfect location. Loved the Birthday Welcome basket. Owner was very accommodating; we got to town in morning (took Amtrak, also walkable to station) and he allowed us in early so we all took naps😜. Very well stocked. A ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom would be nice but we found a box fan to use. Loved the gated parking. Would recommend and stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect Memphis Place

Everything was amazing & exactly as presented on VRBO. J.R. communications were fantastic, both prior and during the stay. Just a 2 minute walk to Beale St. less than 1.5 miles to Bass Pro and in our case (reason for visit) Just Minutes from St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Excellent!

We loved everything about this property. The location is great and very walkable. The condo was clean and comfortable. I saw one review mention the soft beds. They were actually very comfortable for us, so I guess that comes down to personal preference. Communication with the property owner was great. He also provided a web page with restaurant suggestions for the area. We went to a couple of them and loved them. I highly recommend this property!

Incredible place in an amazing location

I have rented many VRBO's over the years and this is the best of the best. Clean, modern, updated, fully equipped, and everything you could ask for, or want. Safe, gated, parking with security to get in the building and in the apartment. Incredible location as well. 10 minute walk to Beale Street, 5 minutes to the Civil Rights Museum, 15 minutes to see the Memphis Redbirds. 10 minute drive to Bass Pro and 15 drive to the Memphis Zoo (all must sees) 2 minute walk to Gus Famous Chicken (another must try) Well worth the money to stay and enjoy Memphis at this location. We will come back again.

This place was so comfy and fun. I felt safe. The furniture was very comfortable. The beds slept well. Lots of coffee provided and all the other usual amenities. Its a great location for downtown with easy access to lots of bars, shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

The property was exactly as advertised. perfect accommodations. I can't imagine a better location for Beale, the civil right museum and the waterfront. All easy safe walks. Main st appears to be undergoing a renaissance, which will make it even beter

Great stay!

Easy to access great, comfy 2 bedroom condo. Just a few blocks to Beale street, though we walked to places much further than that. Had the best communication with this property manager than any other place we have stayed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Ideally located close to centre a 5 my walk away. Nice touch from owner leaving lots of cold bottles of water. Only downside we found which was entirely down to us was the fact that it only had 1 bathroom so with 4 adults it was a bit frustrating for showers and toilet visits. But the position fully made up for any disappointment we initially had.

Perfect!

Opening the door you are greeted by a clean fresh scent and a beautifully decorated space. We loved it! Everything you may need it has! We walked down Main Street for lunch and museums. Then to Beale st. We will book again.
