Peaceful Home near River and St Jude

Experience an amazing CORNER island home in close proximity to Mississippi River & 5 minute's drive to Memphis downtown / medical district. Ample patio space for kids to have fun. Both room downstairs. Tv in living room (50), master room (42) & Guest (42)
We are new hosts but have travelled around the world & aim to use that experience to create a comfortable & memorable stay for you.

-The patio is fenced and is an excellent place to relax outdoor
-The porch and patio come furnished with relaxed seating

-2 car attached garage parking
-Security camera installed at front and rear entrance. $200 penalty if caught on camera for smoking or bringing a pet in the house. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED AT PROPERTY (not even in patio or garage or porch)
