La Carbounère - VILLELONGUE-DELS-MONTS
The cottage is located at the starting point of numerous hiking and cycling trails for all levels. In the summer season, you will be able to enjoy the nearby beaches as well as the swimming pool shared with the owners. Modern and furnished with great care, this independent contemporary villa with private access (new construction) has been perfectly designed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Spacious living room open to the kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 (with joining system) split into 2 beds. Shower room. Separate toilet. The living areas (living room and bedroom) have direct access to the terrace (with summer kitchen) and the infinity pool (12 x 5 m, access by beach). Shower and 2nd outdoor toilet. On the roof, a 3rd terrace where there is a relaxation lounge. The owners, discreet retirees, live on site. Nestled in the foothills of the Albères between the sea and the mountains and a stone's throw from the village, the La Carbounère gîte will welcome you for a relaxing stay allowing you to discover our region all year round.
