Upgraded water view condo! This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is perfect for your beach vacation!
The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed. Closet space available for to store all of your items. Attached is the master bathroom. There is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. All linens and towels are provided for your stay. There is a desk available so you can peacefully work from home while enjoying the view!

In the guest bedroom there are 2 twin beds, there is closet space available. Attached to the bedroom is the guest bathroom, there is shower/tub combo. Flat screen TV with HD Cable included!

In the living room there is a flat screen TV with HD cable. The couch is a queen size pullout.
There is tile flooring throughout the entire condo. Fans in every room including the kitchen and living room.

The kitchen is fully upgraded, all stainless steel appliances. Kitchen comes fully equipped with all your cooking needs! Coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven with glass cooking top, and a tea kettle. All glassware and utensils are also provided.

The condo has an enclosed lanai area with a table and chairs for 2. Enjoy the early morning sunrise right from the comfort of your vacation rental!

Extra items in the condo include:
1 small cooler, 4 tennis racquets plus 3 tennis balls, 1 beach wagon, 5 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, and 4 beach towels, 2 camping chairs, 2 queen air mattresses, 2 fishing rods, 4 noodles for the pool, and a collection of books.

There are washers & dryers located on the 2nd floor common areas. Elevators available as well. This condo comes with one assigned parking spot.
