As noted in the description---the space does require climbing LOTS stairs, so that is a great head-up for guests with mobility preferences and anyone who isn't keen to get in those extra steps! And your tip about local dining hours in Confluence during the off-season is legit-bringing along some favorite foods, visiting one of the local year round restaurants or taking a scenic drive over to Ohiopyle or Farmington is the best way to enjoy the area.
