We very much liked this place for our stay. It is quiet and comfortable, with a nice kitchen and spacious 1st floor living space. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and ready to go. All in all we felt that the pricing per night was excessive for what we got, though.

my friends and i really enjoyed ourselves; we had everything we needed; the house was very thoughtfully appointed! We especially enjoyed the view of the river from the front porch. Check in was seamless and Kara was a a really responsive host.

Enjoyable girls weekend

13 yrs and we keep going back. This home on the river has beautiful views and is in a convenient location for biking, hiking and general river fun. There is plenty of room for our group to gather together for games and meals as well as separately for alone time. The fire pit is a popular place to gather in the evening. The front porch is a favorite gathering spot for our group. See you next year Yough River House.

We've stayed at Kara's property across the street many times before, but upgraded to the Riverhouse this time since we had a larger group. The house was well outfitted with everything we needed, and Kara was very responsive when an issue came up. We will book again in the future, and I'll continue to recommend the properties to friends!

My family and I stayed at the Riverhouse for a weekend. There were 9 of us and the home had more than enough space to accommodate very comfortably. The location was super convenient for fishing and kayaking. We were able to launch our kayaks a few steps from the property. In the evening we enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor grill which had plenty of seating for everyone. We were told to bring firewood (but there was some there to get us started). The hot tub was a welcomed treat at the end of the day. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Kara was a very responsive host and even graciously allowed us an early check in. We will be returning next year.

Our host Kara was very organized and responsive. We loved the property - right on the river, lovely outdoor space, and close to walking and biking trails. Kara is great! We had an issue with the gas fireplace and she immediately sent help to fix it.

Friend reunion

We had a great time at the riverhouse. Very good location and loved the access to the river. Was a good place for the families to reunite and kids to enjoy one another. Would definitely stay here again.

2nd Family Gathering at Yough Riverhouse

We enjoyed our second stay as much as the first! We discovered even more to do in the area this year. The house is comfortable and well setup for a fairly large group. The kids love, love, love the large yard and the adults had plenty of space to visit, or chill alone.

Wonderful house with lots of room. Excellent kitchen and outdoor fire pit. The bedrooms could use more electric outlets.

Great for a cousins reunion

Great place to stay. We enjoyed the fire pit area, den, living room, and the front porch. The house is well equipped with most utensils, cookware, and we even found a spare light bulb. Great stay and a kickoff point for Fallingwater and Flight 93 Memorial.
