Cabin was very cute, clean and comfortable. Open floor plan, which was great for family time. Deck out back was large with rocking chairs. Convenient location to Dollywood, shopping & restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall perfect for what we needed and a perfect location that’s just minutes from pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Can be at Dollywood in 5 minutes or less

We had a delightful time at Restoration Ridge! The cabin was exactly as described, clean, and provided a wonderful place to stay after visiting all the nearby sites Pigeon Forge has to offer. The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day at Dollywood, and I greatly appreciated being able to do my laundry before heading home. We enjoyed the decks, cool mountain air, and air hockey and Pacman in the extra moments! Thank you for allowing us to spend the weekend at your home. Delightful!

We booked this cabin for the run Dollywood weekend in September. The location was INCREDIBLE for the event and we had no issues getting in or out. The host messaged shortly after check-in to ensure that there were no issues and, even before check-in, they were really responsive through messaging. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible, which made our week away even more relaxing. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to see any bears! Thanks for having us, we hope to come back again!

The property was in a great location. It was very convenient to Dollywood and a relatively short and low traffic drive to the main area of attractions. We had everything needed in the cabin for a short stay. The host was very prompt in answering when we did not have our check-in information and followed-up throughout the stay to make sure we were doing well. When we had questions or concerns, we reached out and received responses in timely manners. We would most definitely consider a stay here again in the future.

Everything was great! It was in a perfect location for Dollywood and it allowed us to stay away from busy strip we were trying to avoid yet still provided easy access to the Smokey Mountain National Park. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. If we do a Pigeon Forge trip again, this will likely be the way we lodge! The host was available if needed and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well!
