The bright interior combines alpine character with contemporary design, featuring large bay windows and an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. One balcony includes a private jacuzzi.

The apartment has five bedrooms, including two with private bathrooms, and offers space for families or groups. Additional features include two private garage parking spaces and a private electric vehicle charger. The La Turche ski lift is around a two-minute walk away, with access to the Perrières chairlift by skiing down in winter or walking the same route in summer. The nearby village offers artisan restaurants and cheese shops, while the Luge 4 Saisons alpine coaster is a few minutes away.

- One bathroom is located on the upper floor, while all bedrooms are downstairs.
- The La Turche ski lift was closed several times last season, and its reopening this winter has not yet been confirmed. Guests can still reach the Perrières chairlift by skiing down in winter or walking the route in summer. The Les Puthays bus stop is also a short walk away, with connections to the Perrières and TC Chavannes lifts.
- Pets: Small pets under 10 kg are allowed. A €100 fee will be charged upon arrival, along with an increased security deposit.
