This home features a true outdoor haven, complete with a private fishing dock with above water fishing lights. A fish cleaning station is ideal for prepping the daily catch.

Relax on the covered patio and watch the boats float by. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout. The lawn is ideal for playing games.

THE LOCATION

For sunny days on the shoreline, drive just over 10 minutes to Rockport Beach. Restaurants, shops, and attractions are also a short drive away.

Charter a boat for a deep-sea fishing adventure. If you are looking for a thrill, try parasailing or windsurfing.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: Not recommended for docking a boat, shallow water.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
