The charming dining space is perfect for festive meals. This single-level condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The main bedroom holds a king-size bed and a TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with a TV and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin-size trundle. An adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Located across the street from the bay, you’ll enjoy easy access to prime fishing spots and convenient boat rentals. Popular spots within a 1-mile drive include Bellino’s Italian Restaurant, BenchWarmers, Charlotte Plummer, and for nature's beauty, Tule Creek Hike and Bike Trail. When you’re ready for a beach day, Rockport Beach is a 2-mile drive away.

This rental is on the second floor. An elevator is not available.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
