Its central location will allow you to enjoy all activities on foot. An ideal place for a stay as a couple or with friends. With its bedroom overlooking the courtyard, you can sleep peacefully and rest as you should!
The housing is located on the 2nd floor of the residence without an elevator.
The neighborhood being pedestrian, it will not be possible to access the apartment by car.

It is also very commercial and lively, it is full of restaurants around the market halls. The old port is about 500 m away (boat departure to the islands) and 200 m from Place de Verdun (bus departures to the island of Ré - bicycle rental). It is possible (even recommended) to do everything on foot!
For information, sheets, towels, and housekeeping constitute a mandatory package
