Our apartments are located in the heart of the old town between Petersberg, Cathedral Square and the Krämerbrücke. You can expect love - and stylish apartments between 27m² to 75m². Our house has 7 apartments where 2 - 6 people can be accommodated. Each bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchens await you. Parking is available at the parking garage Am Dom (about 250 m walk) for a fee of EUR 10, - for 24 h. The best old town location allows guests to enjoy sightseeing on foot. Restaurants and beer gardens invite you to linger and enjoy. They have pick-up points to all public transport.

Situation Parkplatz

Es war alles hervorragend bis auf die Parkmöglichkeit was mich geärgert. Ich bin zwar zum ein.- und ausladen bis vor die Haustür gefahren aber es ist eigentlich aufgrund der Fußgängerzone nicht erlaubt aber bei fünf Personen wollte ich nicht alles durch die Stadt schleppen zumal noch Oktoberfest war. Da müsste es eine Parkmöglichkeit geben oder eine Genehmigung das man da zum be.-und entladen lang fahren darf. Und das nächste ist das ich für das Parkhaus was in der Nähe ist 12 Euro pro Tag bezahlen musste. Insgesamt beliefen sich meine Kosten nur für das Parken für das Wochenende auf 28 Euro. Ansonsten aber hat alles tausend Prozent geklappt und wir waren sonst mit allem hoch zufrieden und würden gerne wieder kommen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Fam. Tobias Hüttich

Ideal für Städtetrip

Diese Wohnung war ideal für unseren Städtetrip in Erfurt. Aus der Haustür raus ist man mittendrin. Bei Bäckern um die Ecke oder dem ein oder anderen Restaurant in der Nähe bekommt man ein gutes Frühstück. Möchte man abends noch etwas trinken gehen, kehrt man einfach unten im Café Nerly ein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles in einem neuwertigen und sehr guten Zustand und geräumig für unsere 4-köpfige Familie. Vielen Dank

Nette Ferienwohnung

Mitten in der Altstadt, sauber, gut eingerichtet. Nur wurde nach der Buchung nicht die Telefonnummer des Vermieters, sondern die einer Hotline eines Hotel-Portals angezeigt, die dann nicht erreichbar war. Zum Glück hat der Vermieter rechtzeitig die morgens an ihn gesandte Mail gelesen

Erfurter, unerwartet sehr tolle Zeit.

Die Ferien Wohnung ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Wir waren im Appartement Sonnenblume im Haus zur güldenen Schaar. Die Wohnung war komplett eingerichtet. Das heißt, alle Haushaltsgeräte die man von zu Hause gewohnt war, waren vorhanden. Ebenso ausreichend, Besteck, Geschirr und Hand- sowie Badetücher. Die Lage ist in mitten der Altstadt von Erfurt, man kann alles fußläufig in der Altstadt erreichen. Bäckerei und Lebensmittel Geschäft sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Bei Anreise mit dem Kfz, kann man den Pkw im Domparkhaus abstellen. Der ganze Tag kommt auf 12 €. Gute Erfahrungen haben wir das n diversen Gaststätten gemacht: Christoffelauf Mittelalter getrimmt. Feuerkugel nobel, thûringische Küche, sehr freundliches Personal. Der Schnitzler, wer große Portionen mag.

Eine sehr hübsche Wohnung im Zentrum der Stadt. Wir sind zu dritt gereist und alle hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung liegt zentral aber absolut ruhig. Zum Domplatz oder Fischmarkt mit Krämerbrücke nur 2-3 Minuten Fußweg 👍 Das Einchecken lief telefonisch über ein Schlüsseltresor 🔑 unproblematisch und schnell ab. Alles tip top sauber und modern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles was man braucht in zentraler Lage

Das Appartment liegt super zentral aber dennoch ruhig. Alle Highlights von Erfurt sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war noch relativ neu und lies nichts zu Wünschen übrig. Z.B. gab es reichlich Geschirr + vernünftige Messer (beides keine Selbstverständlichkeit), ein Bügeleisen, sowie Bett + Stuhl für unsere zweijährige Tochter. Wir können diese Wohnung also ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!
