Our 70 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. She is lovingly furnished and located in a quiet residential area in the east of our capital. Shopping facilities are nearby. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10 minutes. Whether you want to, or just take a stroll through Erfurt to the fair, egapark in the new opera - from your apartment is all possible without any problems. Due to the good transport links to the motorway are also in a very short time in the city of poets Weimar (30 minutes) and in the Thuringian Forest (1 hour). We are looking forward to your visit.

The comfortable and lovingly furnished apartment on the 1st floor has 70 m² a bedroom with double bed, a living room with corner table, TV and dining area. The living room opens onto the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove / oven and microwave also has a dining area. The modern bathroom with shower / WC and towel dryer complements the comfortable amenities.

Schöne FeWo mit schneller Anbindung nach Erfurt
Sehr nette Vermieter die eine voll ausgestattete FeWo anbieten. In wenigen Minuten gelangt man in die City Mitte mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe . Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, leider kein direkter Parkplatz am Haus. In den Nebenstraßen gibt es Parkbuchten. Auch zu den Nebenstätten Weimas bzw. Gotha gelangt man schnell.
Uns hat es gut gefallen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nette Vermieter, alles ordentlich
Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und ordentlich. Sie ist mit dem Auto gut anzufahren und hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung auch zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ferienwohnung ist wie auf den Bildern. Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas älter, aber funktional. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit sämtlichen Equipment. Es gibt eine sehr große Terrasse mit einem Wintergarten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider kann das Auto nicht dort direkt geparkt werden, sondern erst in der angrenzenden Nebenstrasse und bei dieses Temperaturen war es in der Wohnung auch sehr warm. Als Schlafgelegenheit ist diese Wohnung gut geeignet. Vielen Dank für Alles.
