amazing stay

We had an amazing stay here! The weather was perfect, they had tons of games for the kids to play, kayaks and golf carts to get around, and the best cozy spots for sitting outside and enjoying our time. The house had everything labeled so everything is easily located in the kitchen, The only thing we were disappointed with was no hot tub as it is listed on amenities list, but with the lake being so close it wasn't an issue at all! We had the most amazing time here! Looking forward to booking again!

Great House on the Peninsula

Fabulous house! It was perfect for our family. We loved the location and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We plan to stay here again and again.

Best weekend getaway in the peninsula

This is the first home that we have ever come back to for a second trip. The owners are excellent and continue to improve on the property which we thought was already great to begin with. This is most likely the best vacation rental for a smaller group in the peninsula at Lake Almanor.

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay

We spent a beautiful family weekend here. The house is very comfortable and well stocked. The place provided us with everything we needed for cooking, playing and spending time outside. It even had a golf car! Thank you for having us, and hope to come back again.

Great place

House was wonderful! Very clean house. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. The kit then was equipped with everything we needed to cook. Location is great. Property manager was quick on responses and had a great communication.

Incredibly Beautiful Place With Every Amenity

I just took my family on a vacation to Lake Almanor. Laurie’s place is incredible. It has every amenity (especially in the kitchen) including AC in each bedroom, nice BBQ, fire pit for s’mores, games, putting green in the garage, bikes, kayaks and the list goes on! We will absolutely stay here again. Great value!!

Loved it!

We had an amazing stay! We could’ve stayed another week! The house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Laurie & Todd have thought of every single detail and more, from the completely stocked kitchen, golf cart, kayaks, and COMFORTABLE beds!! Fabulous

Perfect place for our family. Very clean, neat, and the labels on everything was a helpful and appreciated touch. The beds were extremely comfy, and the AC unit in every room kept everyone happy. Our family had the best sleep we’ve ever had on vacation at this cabin—we can’t wait to stay again! The golf cart was highly appreciated as well!

Beautiful Home and Setting

This is the most well-stocked home that we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything and it feels like everything is so well organized and you never have to look for anything in the kitchen. The property is in a beautiful setting and the neighbors are very friendly, so much so that we felt like we were at home. The beds are also very comfortable and the Alexa system is a very nice touch.

Annual Almanor trip

The cabin was great for a family. Clean and well maintained with a full kitchen. Has access to the Country Club amenities which we took full advantage of. Add to it great weather for sitting on the porch and playing games. Host was great. Communication was great and everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this cabin and host.

Family vacation

Came up to visit family and friends in the lake almanor area. Location was perfect. We were 10 minutes to Chester, and 10 minutes to the east shore where other family was staying. Another Great Time!

This is our second time staying here. Great location in the country club, well equipped with fun toys, and just a comfortable and nice house overall. We stayed with friends whom also own a couple VRBOs and they are taking with this some great tips for their rentals. Thanks again Laurie!

Great Place!!

The owners definitely have renters on mind here. Everything is so well laid out and even labeled so you know right where to go. Every amenity you’d like to have they provide here. We came on a very hot week and air conditioning in every room was so appreciative. The power went out everywhere including Chester and when we had questions the owners were quick to respond and very helpful. I highly recommend the place and would definitely return.

Wedding Weekend

Our family came to Lake Almanor for our niece's wedding. We used to come to LACC every year during the summer when we lived in Reno, so we have very special memories. With our kids now grown, and grandkids, this house turned out to be the perfect place for a long busy family weekend. The location is awesome, the house was clean, it is so well equipped, and beautifully furnished. Laurie was really responsive and wonderful to work with. Honestly this is probably the best rental we've ever stayed in, anywhere. Will definitely be back! Oh, and the price was really reasonable. Thank you for a great stay!
