Trilogy Desert Oasis with Salt Water Pool and Jacuzzi with beautiful Mtn Views
Beautiful 3 bedroom 21/2 bath residence with private salt water pebble-tech pool and jacuzzi overlooking the 15th hole of Coral Mountain golf course and surrounding mountains. Easily sleeps 6. Very quiet gate guarded community. Close to Desert International Horse Park and Downtown La Quinta with it’s amazing restaurants, shops, fairs, and activities. Everything is extremely spacious with 2332 SF of room.
Master bedroom has dual sinks with beautiful shower. It also has its own private seating annex as well as direct access not only to the pool but also the front courtyard. The remaining two bedrooms are on the other side of the house with a Jack and Jill bathroom. A half-bath/guest bathroom is adjacent to the main entry. Direct garage access to the house. Full laundry room with large sink and a steamer for clothes if needed. There is a very comfortable office space by the main entry which is fully equipped with desk and wireless printer. Access to private Trilogy clubhouse upon request.
The kitchen is all granite counter tops with a large center aisle. There is a coffee maker, blender and all in one fryer/grill/toaster. There is a lot of cabinet space if you have anything to bring.
Outside has beautiful mountain views and sits on the 15th hole. Extremely relaxing with lots of furniture and full awnings if so desired.
