Twin Palms Large LQ Pool House Near Polo & Tennis
Completely remodeled from head to toe with clean, modern touches. Features an large 30' long x 15' wide salt water pool/spa area with night-time atmospheric lighting and Bluetooth Bose speaker for great outdoor entertainment . The space is clean and comfortable with over 2000sf of vacation space. 4 bedrooms/3 baths. All new mattresses and linen. The Kitchen has slab granite counters tops with a center island and bar stools. Fast wi-fi and four +50" flat screens w/Youtube TV. Coffee maker with pods included.
'Twin Palms' is airy, bright and spacious. Living/media room offers a 50+ flat screen HDTV w/Bluetooth speaker and comfortable seating with pool area views to relax and enjoy your stay. Kitchen cabinetry redone with new granite counter-tops, also has a built in microwave and dishwasher. Wifi speed is ultra fast at 300-400mbps. New Sonos surround sound speaker system installed in Living Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom areas. All TVs include Amazon Fire stick and YouTube TV.
The Master suit has a King bed with a 50” flat screen mounted to the wall, walk-in closet, full private bathroom with two sinks and a private sliding door to the pool and spa. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed with a 50” Flat screen mounted to the wall. Bedroom #3 features two twin size beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a common full bathroom. Suite #2 (Bedroom #4) features a king size bed and a 50” flat screen mounted to the wall with a full adjacent bathroom.
Garage is a converted game room including an aluminum ping pong table, darts, exercise bike, and a vintage electronic foosball table.
The back yard comes fully equipped with a large 33ft long swimming pool and a spa (optional heating), six lounge chairs to soak up the desert sun, wireless Bose Bluetooth speaker to enjoy some of your favorite tunes, a hammock for rest and relaxation and for those who like to compete a full size ping pong table and electronic vintage foosball table for your entertainment. And after a full day of activities you will be able to fire up the grill and bbq some of your favorite foods.
Small dog and children friendly. Quiet and private home location in a great neighborhood. ‘Twin Palms’ is also centrally located to reach:

- Empire Polo for Music Festivals and Polo (less than 7 miles away)
- El Paseo Shopping and Restaurants (6 miles away)
- Fantasy Springs and Spotlight 29 Casinos (15 mins by car)

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
Rules to Note:
- A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival along with guest's required to provide their driver's license per city rules.
- Important Note: Per new city rules, there is only low decimal noise and music allowed at this Vacation Rental property while being rented. If music is played it must be at a low decimal level outdoors at all times. Only the guests on the vacation rental agreement are allowed to stay in the property with two visitors during the day. If police or code enforcement officers are called to the property and they find outside noise or excess guests the primary guest is responsible for the fine in excess of $1,000.
- Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 3.5hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr.
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.
- The pool will be heated to a maximum 85 degrees only upon request at a charge $60/per day ($35 per day for spa use only) preferably requested and with payment made in advance. Spa can be heated to 100 degree maximum. Pool/spa heating is turned off at 11pm. Let us know an hour in advance if you’d like to us to prep the spa. Spa will be shut off automatically after one hour of use. Unauthorized use of the pool/spa equipment is prohibited and guest will be charged a fee for any usage. Please only use the provided pool towels for the pool use and not the big, white bathroom towels.
- If you would like to bring your small dog(s) to the property there is a $100 non-refundable dog fee. This covers a complete post-stay carpet clean for every stay with a dog. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can submit the bill to you before your arrival. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this pet policy.
- Outdoor security cameras (front door, drive way, pool area). Cameras are on and record video for 24hr. Can cover pool cameras if needed. No live video is monitored.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All dishes are put inside the dishwasher or washed and put away. Leave bed linens on bed. Put used towels on bathroom floor.
Garbage is put in brown bin, recycling into gray bin. Pool area umbrellas are closed. Leave the house neat, clean, orderly, and undamaged.
Clean BBQ. Turn off BBQ gas. (if Pets Allowed) Pet droppings are picked up, wrapped up and placed outside in garbage bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
