Like Having My Own Beach House!

Our Family really appreciated the first floor unit, with kids, going back and forth to the pool with a baby is always a chore, not having to deal with elevators made this trip wonderful. Highly recommended. Already booked our next stay.

Hands down best unit at Grand Panama. 1st floor, walk right out to the pool and beach

Park, walk in, and never, never, never have to deal with an elevator. Great unit, well managed. Clean, comfortable. The balcony gate opens up to walk right out, so you simply cannot get a better location. Warren Beach Rentals staff was fantastic, helpful, and easy to work with. Great experience.

Our stay was fabulous! Super cute and clean condo…looked even cuter in person than in the pics! The weather was beautiful…the grounds were beautiful as well! We cannot wait to book this condo again. Highly recommend!!

Short weekend

We have stayed at this unit before. It’s right beside the pool and steps away from the beach. Very clean. Master bedroom needs a new mattress but everything else spotless Will definitely stay here again. Might bring me a foam pads for the bed next time.

Thank you for staying. This is such a great unit. The owners are replacing the mattress after the season, some people like a soft mattress, others a firm.. they are getting one in between.

What an awesome stay! The unit was well equipped and nicely finished. Location was great for our family and two dogs. Not too noisy and close to anything we needed. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Laundry appliances were nice which helped with all of the towels we used trekking to the beach. This ground level unit was really nice so we did not have to take the dogs in the elevator. Definitely coming back again!

Easy beach access

Great updates,and decor with plenty of room and well planned kitchen. I found labels and paper debris blocking filter of dishwasher. New dish ware and glass ware were put away without removing labels, this can burn out the dishwasher. We only used one bed during our stay but found the bunk beds to have a great deal of sand on the bedspread and cookies and trail mix under cushion of chair. The neighbor above washed his patio with water hose and cleaners that carried debris down into our patio area. Maintenance responded quickly with new bulb to repair light over cooktop then it would not turn off. Brief distractions in beautiful condo and lovely beach area.

Just a fantastic property. The unit was immaculate, and well decorated. Comfortable and convenient. Having the unit on the first floor, and being able to walk off your balcony to the beach and pool was just like having your own beach house. Highly recommended.

Vacation with the Grandkids

WE LOVED IT! The room was on the first floor, with the balcony leading straight to the pool with a very short walk to the beach. Which was great with the little ones we had with us. the bunk beds worked out great for the kids, they loved it Overall it was clean and up to date the Air did go out for a day the maintenance team was very responsive and fixed it fairly quick. Would defintly go here again

This condo was the cleanest we have ever stayed at! We appreciate the warm welcome to the property and all of the amenities. I know this is new to your condo portfolio, but I would recommend more towels. They were clean and smelled super fresh, but we needed a few more. Overall, my favorite condo in PCB and would love to come back ASAP!!! Thanks again!!

Peaceful and Relaxing

The condo was very clean and decorated so beautifully! This was a quick girls getaway to relax and this condo made this possible. We loved the access to the pool deck right off the condo patio the most. Also the owners went above and beyond with the mattresses in both bedrooms! The unit is very spacious and well maintained. I loved that we could preregister before we got there and just pick up packet and go straight to the condo. The property was kept clean and you could see employees cleaning at all times. Loved that I could text with any questions and they would respond quickly. I will definitely be back in the future! We loved Grand Panama Tower 1 Unit 106 ❤️
