Eat in kitchen with granite & dining area with easy access to enclosed, screened in porch overlooking manicured grounds. Primary bedroom en-suite on 1st floor with private bath. Formal living room with 2 story ceilings with overlook from 2nd floor & custom wood work with LED TV & bookcase & dry bar. Home is within walking distance to all Narragansett Beaches, Restaurants with all of the luxury amenities for you and your family. This is a summer seasonal rental for this unique offering in the Pier.

Very lovely property

We rented this modern home in a very nice neighborhood to enjoy a week with our son’s family. Our group of 7 - 4 adults, 12 year old twin boys and a 10 year old girl - made full use of the well-equipped kitchen and expansive backyard. Unlike other houses we’ve rented, the owners left lots of spices, towels, plastic bags, aluminum foil, toilet paper, etc. in the house. While the Narragansett Town Beach might be considered “within walking distance” if you don’t need to take chairs, towels, beach toys, etc., it’s actually a short drive away. As my husband recently had knee surgery, it was great to have a king bed with an en-suite bath on the first floor. The original description stated there was another king bed in the house, which was not accurate. Fortunately the property manager brought a queen bed to the house and generously gave us a $200 restaurant gift certificate to make up for the inaccuracy. Property manager David was responsive and helpful throughout the pre- and post-stay process.

Beautiful Home, Close to Town Beach

A lovely, full amenity home with a large yard that can host a family, walkable to town beach and local elementary school playground. Our family enjoyed our stay!
